Lovely man, clean & comfortable room
-
The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and inviting. Everything was so well maintained, and we truly felt at home. It’s honestly a shame we only stayed for one night (8/4/26) because we would have happily stayed much longer! also it is located in a prime location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Front desk was helpful and friendly. She gave good travel tips for the area. Location could not be any better as we were within walking distance of the town center and just minutes from the beach. Carmel is a very charming and lovely town.

The hotel staff was nice. They had a nice coffee machine in the lobby too. The bed was pretty comfortable, although the pillows could've been better. My major complaint was that the curtains could've been better. When I went outside during the night and again during the day, it was obvious that I could see through the curtains into the room. So people with privacy concerns might not like it.

This hotel is a great value, centrally located and recently remodeled. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. It’s handy to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It comes with free parking, which is a huge plus for this congested area. We had a double, 2nd story room with an ocean view.

Very friendly staff at the front desk and she made sure we know the best places to walk around Carmel town and even provided us a map. Thank you for your help and we are definitely looking forward to come back

Pitiful breakfast. Awful coffee. Overall, typical Best Western at Carmel prices.

Very cozy and clean
-
The breakfast was consisted of cold boiled pealed off shell egg ready to use which you can find it in grocery stores, two kind of cereal which there was not any bowl to pour in and no milk? Very low quality coffee which was disgusting, break fast room has only 3 tables and you had to wait in street till someone comes out and you go in. The building so cheap built that you could hear next door snoring, the room was smelly, carpet wasn’t clean specifically in stairs, the front desk never pick up the phone, overall I would never ever go to this place.

Just came back from a stay at the Best Western in Camel. We had 2 rooms and I was very pleasantly surprised with hotel. The 2 rooms were recently renovated and very clean and spacious and they also had a partial ocean view. The front office staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations. Breakfast was adequate with fruits, toasts, yogurt, boiled eggs and waffles and coffee. Breakfast and parking were 2 big advantages here! Not many places have that. Location is great- 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants are close by. Lovely stay - will definitely stay here in the future.

Our group of four stayed at this property for the weekend from Friday to Sunday. When we first got there, the staff in the lobby was very helpful and checked us in very quickly. We got in around 1 PM but they were able to check us in right away. The location is perfect. Most places in Carmel Village were walking distance and it was also not too in the center to where it would be hard to get out of Carmel Village. The room was pretty clean and modern. The beds were also very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I can hear people walking upstairs very very clearly. It sounded like they were walking in my room. However, that was only during the day. At night when I was sleeping, it was quiet and I did not hear any walking sounds. We also had no issues with parking. I assumed the parking spaces would be filled however we were able to always find a parking spot. I didn’t end up trying out the breakfast, but a few members of my group did go and enjoy it. If anything, they are also a lot of breakfast places around the area. Overall, I thought this was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice, room was fine, parking was ok a bit tight, place was clean and pretty quiet, breakfast was subpar even for a best western small room with no hot meal and waffle iron did not cook properly, lobby had a nice coffee drink machine, staff was attentive, had a pool but didn’t use
