Clarion Collection Carmel Oaks Inn

Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel as long as you’re mindful that you get what you pay for. Would recommend to anyone I know.

Walking distance to everything downtown, cozy comfortable clean rooms. Parking lot has enough spaces but it's kind of tight driving through with a pickup truck. If you're on the second floor, you have to carry everything up the stairs.

Room was clean. Balcony was a nice touch and it is centrally located

The location is excellent—close to everything and very convenient. The room was okay and met our basic needs. However, the hotel overall could be much better. My first impression from the outside was that it looked more like a 2-star hotel. Given its prime location, the property has significant potential and could benefit from updates and improvements.

Location - amazing! Extremely bright in the room at night because of outside lighting. Also very loud after what felt like it should be quiet hours.

The room was simple and elegant. Parking easy, we were comfortable and will return.

Had such a lovely stay and enjoyed the insulated picnic basket left at our door in the morning full of breakfast treats! The front desk team was super helpful and friendly. Loved the location - everything was super walkable. Would definitely stay again!

Area was quiet. Parking is small but manageable for a Jeep. Said something about breakfast but didn’t see any but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Friendly staff.

Man who checked is in was very nice

Parking was easy, available and free. No one at the front desk when we arrived and no note on door. He ended up being on lunch break and we had to search where to call someone. Other than that, he was very helpful and availalbe during our stay. Also-- we stayed 2 nights but no housekeeper service even checked in with us to ask if we needed towels, etc. We had to track her down to ask for more towels!

Very clean. Close to everything! Included breakfast was delivered in a picnic basket to our room, which was a lovely touch.

The room was nice and clean. I liked the location of where it was at. I didn't like the outdated TV and programming. I like to spend a lot of time in the room but the TV and programming choices were old.

It’s was located in a great area and clean. Parking lot was smaller than expected also non slip mat l in tub would’ve been a nice addition.
