Clarion Collection Carmel Oaks Inn

I liked the room. I wish the soaps were on the wall like many budget places have now. It's a waste to use so many plastic bottles nowadays.

Excellent location for our three nights in Carmel. Also, it had parking which was a big factor for us because we had an early flight out of Monterey. There was nothing not to like. Rooms were adequate. The housekeeper came by to see if we needed anything. Price was a little high for the room we had but you are paying for Carmel.

This I an acceprblw hotel, its in a relatively good location and clean rooms. My problem with it Is the price and the frond desk. They didn't give us what we asked for in the room at all,weten't ready for us at 3 PM,. I would stay here as a last resort if nothing else could be available. And Expedia charged us way more than they said it would be.

Located in walking distance of all downtown and beach areas.

Rooms were uncertain which were ready and clean and check-in was long. My key cards had to be replaced twice because they stopped working.

The location was awesome. We were charged a lot more than our online reservation price.

TV was not so good. Missed continental breakfast they used to serve at your room. Housekeeper was very nice.

The location near the heart of Carmel yet a bit off the busy streets was great. The property is perfectly adequate for a short stay. The room had the necessary amenities although it was dark and has a massive piece of outdated furniture that takes up a lot of room. The hotel served our needs just fine for a one night stay.

Great location The bed sheets smelt like someone had slept in them. It felt dirty. I would not recommend this property.

I liked that I could park almost at my door. I found the room a bit small. But the bed was delightful. I was so comfortable. It only had a shower now able to take a hot bath in the tub. I couldn't get the TV remote to respond to my directions. Most likely I don't know how to use it. So no TV. watching for me. I went out for an evening walk and to possibly find a dinner place and the sidewalks in the area of the Inn were difficult to navigate for an 83 year old person. Gave up and came back for my car. All in all I have stayed in better places. The location is ideally located for being in the upper area of town. I haven't stayed in a place in Carmel for a year or so and the prices have gone so high, I think.

Excellent location in the most beautiful town Perfectly acceptable welcome but not particularly jolly.

Hmmm???? Not sure there was anything maybe location and it has lights The puctires advertised is not an accurate description. Also their was pubic hairs floating around the shower. The cabinet doors were broken and the walls are very thin. Visible water damage... very disappointed.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel as long as you’re mindful that you get what you pay for. Would recommend to anyone I know.

The location is great, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast basket delivered each morning was great.
