Hotel was very clean and centrally located in Carmel

close to Ocean ave

The rooms do not have good sound insulation. We could hear the people above us walking around and using the bathroom. Feels more like a motel and is over priced. Great location. Breakfast was OK - nothing special.

Clean room, staff, access to downtown & view are excellent.

Hotel is walking distance of the beach and minutes from downtown.

This is a wonderful choice for accommodations in Carmel. While my partner and I did not enjoy the area as it felt unwelcoming and overall unpleasant, this hotel was very nice and provided us with all of the necessary amenities.

Elevator is on the small side but we mostly walked. Many, many eateries and shops AND the bay all within walking distance. Bonuses...excellent parking and the inn is right next to Bruno's market! Have already sent my recommendation to two friends. We will be back!

The complimentary breakfast is on par with what is available from Courtyard by Marriott. The location is great. Walking distance from everything in the town of Carmel.

Great stay for our Carmel getaway

We loved this place. Cute, clean, good parking, breakfast, friendly staff they checked all the boxes. We only stayed one night during our trek down PCH but this was the perfect place for us.

Expected more for the price.

The hotel room was very clean, you can tell that they don't just do the basic bed turn down. I didn't see any dust in the bathroom. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Very cute quaint hotel. I did not realize there was no ac, but it wasn’t needed. We opened the windows in the evening and were completely comfortable all night. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The grounds are very cute and well maintained. Very walkable to all the shops and food.

Room is clean. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Morning staff are friendly and accommodating but Night staff is a different story no help during night time, called multiple times for help but no answer went to the front desk and saw the staff sleeping at 12am. All in all good experience just make sure you don't need anything at night.

Staff were super friendly and room was well maintained. The location is perfect to have ease of access to the shopping area, restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk from the ocean/bay area. I don't recommend having your own vehicle unless it is a small, compact size, if you can help it. The parking was limited in the lot and side streets (as expected of a high tourist area), and spots were quite narrow. I saw many a person struggling to get through with their SUVs and cars getting sideswiped. I just used Uber if needing to go out well beyond the Carmel Shopping area.
