The property was nice and cozy. Parking was also very convenient. Staff members were also very helpful with guidance of the area. Although there wasn’t a thermostat for our room, the location was cool enough to keep our room fresh.

Location and the homely vibe Deserves some better upkeep, pullout sofa was so ancient it felt like sleeping on bare coils. Also, there was a spider in my bed and no proper AC or ventilation

The homemade breakfast frittata was delicious! We wish we had a few days to stay in Carmel to explore more sights. The location was perfect and close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Outlets were difficult to get to.

Lovely place, very clean and cute. Rooms feel very homey, beds are comfortable l, and our room had a separate kitchenette. Fireplaces in the rooms actually work. Very close to downtown. Good breakfast - frittatas are a nice touch!

Located in a quiet neighbourhood with ample parking on street or hotel car park. Staff very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Everything was good.

Extremely friendly and cozy stay! We felt welcome and everything was just extremely cute breakfast was amazing with vegetarian options and oatmilk for my coffee amazing, would go back instantly! Nothing!

The towels in the bathroom were extra large and fluffy. They supply good toilet paper (not the thin cheap stuff) but no Kleenex. The breakfast frittata was good, and they offered a variety of breads and fruit. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable and because of this, there was no where to sit to read a book or play a game. The room was dimly lit. No AC. No screens on the windows. The look of the room was dark and second hand thrift store. There is a large construction repair hole in the bathroom hidden behind a picture. The property does not look well kept. It looks like they were going for cottage charm but it just looks old and outdated. I’m sorry.
