The cutest place to stay in the best location! Everything was perfect for our Carmel stay!

We absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast with champagne mimosas, the parking was great snd the location amazing. Everyone we met working there was very nice! The price was high during to the Monterey car week but it fell on our anniversary so its not their fault.

Great breakfast! The room was nicely decorated, however for the size of the room, the decor made the room seem smaller The mattress was too soft, and 1 side had a dip. Also, the only ventilation is the window that is adjacent to the walkway, so it didn't feel safe to keep the window open at night.

The decor The staff. It says it has parking but is a lie. The arming is only if available. The slots are not as many for the rooms. And they can’t care less if is late at night and you don’t find a place. The breakfast is very limited. It only offers American coffee. For the price you pay is a joke. But maybe that’s the vibe in California for things to be overpriced and overrated.

This is a charming place to stay in Carmel, near all the shops and restaurants. The hotel offers a delicious continental breakfast and the rooms are comfortable and cozy with very nice toiletries and snack and drink offerings. Upon our arrival and departure, the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or informative. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this spot and would love to return.

The staff was incredibly hospitable from the moment we walked into the door and made the check in process incredibly easy.

The hotel was in a great place . We parked our car and walked everywhere. Everything is close by. The hotel was super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

Cute vibe - however very noisy location.

Beautiful property within walking distance to all shopping and dining.

The problem was a continuously cycling ice machine outside our door that made sleeping virtually impossible. Adding to the discomfort, the two windows that face the parking lot are difficult to either open and even harder to close apparently because the threads on both cranks are stripped. What's most frustrating is that we arrived from LA on an earlier United flight and stopped by your hotel around noon yesterday to see if we could possibly check-in early. The well coiffed and friendly gentleman at the front desk did a nice job explaining the Happy Hour offerings as well as Breakfast but said that check-in wasn't until 3pm. He did, however agree to move our ground floor room to the 2nd floor and I actually watched him change our room location in the computer. Unfortunately, when we did check-in later that evening, we were told by a young lady that the only room left was #3 -- indicating that we had apparently been "bumped" by someone who likely refused to stay in that sad, dark, corner room with the mushy mattress. My wife and I could tolerate the dreary corner location and mushy mattress for the one night we were staying but then that damn noisy ice machine began to cycle -- over and over again making sleeping virtually impossible even after I took a sleeping pill and turned on Spotify's sleep inducing music channel

We loved Le Petit Pali.

We had an incredible time in Carmel. The accommodations and staff very great. We were treated like friends from the moment we arrived. Ravi was the most gracious host and we were fortunate to run into him when we got out of our car. He made a point to speak to us every day and offered good spots to visit and places to eat. We highly recommend the La Petit Pali. We will be back again.

Clean, good location and proximity to town. Parking on site Indifferent and impersonal front desk staff, it was shocking how bad the hospitality was and how much of a negative vibe much of the staff gave off. The breakfast staff was nice but the front desk literally made us check in at 4pm even though check in is it 3, and when we inquired when it would be ready we got a “I don’t know”. Social media marketing also heavily skewed the expectations here and I felt scammed at how depressing of a place it was.

Fabulouss location within walking glance to downtown Carmel and great biking. Comfortable bed and stylish interiors with attentive staff. A little pricey for the quality but location location location.

Such a pretty property and amazing breakfast, but noisy (walls seem to be really thin)

While some of the staff members were friendly and helpful, others were not. There was black mold in my shower , which made it very uncomfortable since I have allergies. I'm notified the staff; the cleaning crew did the best they could, but unfortunately the grout was damaged / outdated , so there was only so much that could be done. I stayed in a king unit, which did not have a closet ! The property did not offer any substantial amenities. They had "envelopes/card" laid out to tip the various staff members , which I found a bit irritating. I travel often and leave tips, but was annoyed to be constantly reminded .
