We loved this hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The fireplace worked perfectly. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely go back.

It was quiet we loved the breakfast delivered to our room. It was close to everything we wanted to go to right close to all the shopping and restaurants as the cookies the fresh cookies made at night comfortable beds. It was fantastic. We loved everything

Beautiful boutique hotel with spacious room and very friendly staff. Continental breakfast is included and is delivered to your room at the time you specify. Very convenient location, close to downtown Carmel and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The staff was super friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. They offered numerous amenities like free snacks in the room, wine and cheese cocktail hour and fresh cookies. Nicely located in downtown as well. I would definitely return to this property. Thx for a wonderful stay.

Great breakfast in the morning - quiche and yogurt were excellent!

The room smelled like cleaning products. Windows don’t open. Very hot at night. No air conditioning ( and window don’t open). Breakfast delivered to room but very limited. All cold carbs except small warmed quiche. All this would be fine if it was half the price.

We stay here every time we come to Carmel. It is wonderful with great breakfast and evening reception is excellent. They serve quality food and wine. The manager is the best.

Perfect location to walk to all shops, restaurants in Carmel. Quiet, very clean, and nicely appointed room, comfy beds. The complimentary breakfast and wine happy hour were an added bonus. The gentlemen at the front the front desk was very professional, kind and helpful. We will be returning to this property in the future .

Wonderful stay. Comfortable, quiet, clean. My room was spacious and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable. Slippers and robes were provided, a cozy touch. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind, and they helped me plan outings/things to do in the area, too. The in-room breakfast is good quality and delicious. Parking is off the street, so I liked that amenity. Convenient location for sightseeing. I’ll be back.

The rooms were a perfect size and immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and the fireplace was a charming addition. Parking was great. The hotel was in fabulous condition and very well cared for. The breakfasts were incredible and the snacks each day were a pleasant surprise. Overall this is one of my favorite hotels that I have ever stayed in. Every hotel should be managed in this way. I truly felt like an appreciated guest!

Rooms were delightfully large and spotlessly clean. The property manager, Michelle, was so kind and welcoming and we felt like friends after two days! The breakfasts were delicious and served right to our rooms hot and on time. Location is also fantastic. Walked everywhere. Nothing

Every thing was top nitch

The room was just lovely. The staff is welcoming a very accommodating and anxious to make sure that our stay was comfortable. They surprised us with a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates to help us celebrate our anniversary. We went to the afternoon reception once during our stay and had a really wonderful time. We would never hesitate to go back.

We went for our anniversary, and we were very impressed with the service, the front desk and the overall experience. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends.
