The breakfast was also a problem. It was very limited and they kept running out of bowls, cups, and spoons. Just pick another hotel.

This is a newer, modern, and clean hotel. Hotel staff were always friendly, present, and greeted us every time we were coming/going. Breakfast in the morning was a nice perk with eggs cooked to order. The pool is a bit small but perfect for our younger children. The rooms seemed pretty well insulated against sound/hallway noise and the beds were comfortable. There is a small stovetop which we used to make small batches of pasta for meals during our stay. The larger than standard hotel refrigerator was a bonus as well. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return for our next trip to Indianapolis.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Also the room size was fantastic (especially traveling with a toddler)! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.

Clean, fresh and beautiful pool and outdoor seating area. Breakfast was also wonderful with lots of options and felt cleaner and healthier than others.

My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She

New hotel. Friendly staff. Great gym. Easy parking. Good area. Floors a little sticky but not going to dock points because i never complained so they didnt have a chance to fix it or know it needed a better mop. Good stay

Breakfast was just toast and yogurt. They ran out of everything else

We did not partake in the breakfast so no rating. When we arrived in our room there were small dust bunnies all over the only desk in the room. There was a HVAC unit adjacent to the desk, so we assumed that the outlet was spewing the dust. The room temperature was difficult to regulate and was mostly cold throughout the night. The only ice dispenser I could find was on the main floor six floors below. The hotel shares a building with another hotel. So the first entry we tried was the wrong one. They need a more obvious designation for the main entrance. One that differentiates the two hotels.
