Holiday Inn Indianapolis Carmel by IHG

The pool and fitness center were a great addition to our stay. The location is very quiet and convenient.

We had a very nice time here. Hotel isn’t the newest or nicest, but the room was big and clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was great!

Breakfast was best park of hotel

Gabriel was a very accommodating and friendly guy at check in. Our room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom could use some updating.also for the price you pay to stay the breakfast buffet should be included to all people just like most of their competitors.

Location and staff Rooms were outdated and the breakfast bar didn't have a good selection to choose from.

Very clean, staff very helpful Nothing

It’s out of the way of chaotic indy without being too far away. It’s clean and quiet. The only thing I was not pleased with was the price. I know lots of hotels in the area jack their prices up around the date of the Indy 500 but it just doesn’t seem right to pay the equivalent of 2 months of my mortgage just to rent a mattress for 3 nights.

Staff was great. Courtyard was a great place to hangout

Breakfast was good. Could have offered a little more diversity between days. Rooms were clean and staff was excellent.

Hotel rooms are out dated. No plug ins or ways to charge cell phones or electronics. The pool is only a lap pool at 3.5 foot deep. Same breakfast food every morning for 4 days straight.

Rooms and property were clean and the decor was very appealing. All the staff were courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Price would have been great, but with the toilet and the air not working. Nothing Air did not work. I called front desk and was told maintenance would come, maintenance did not come. The toilet made noises every 5 to 10 min. I was told I'd be given a different room, it never happened

everything was ok, only issue was hallway too cold, cool air coming inside the room from under the door. We have dinner, service was great.

The bar and kitchen were closed for 4 days which did not make very good business sense as it was probably the busiest week of the year. The first night I asked how noisy the highway right outside our window was and the person at the front desk did not know Overall it was a disappointment
