Holiday Inn Indianapolis Carmel by IHG

This property is old, but lacks nothing— I remember this as a flagship property. I still like it.

Very clean and everyone was so friendy.

Very clean property. Furniture looked like it has been there since the 70's. Bed was comfortable. Bottles of soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. were not secured to prevent bottles being opened by other travelers. My room was near a busy road, and there was traffic noise all night. If the city was not beseiged by a convention, I would have chosen another property.

Front desk was very helpful and welcoming

I booked through an outside agency, and they couldn't give me a receipt on checkout. No space available to meet except in the dining room while people are eating.

My stay over was okay. The ice machine did not work on my floor and one of the receptionist was very rude and out of line…plus on the day of check out the housekeepers knocked once and them open the door….this happen twice. However, there were two employees that were amazing and very helpful.

The pool and fitness center were a great addition to our stay. The location is very quiet and convenient.

We had a very nice time here. Hotel isn’t the newest or nicest, but the room was big and clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was great!

Gabriel was a very accommodating and friendly guy at check in. Our room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom could use some updating.also for the price you pay to stay the breakfast buffet should be included to all people just like most of their competitors.

Staff was great. Courtyard was a great place to hangout

Breakfast was good. Could have offered a little more diversity between days. Rooms were clean and staff was excellent.

Hotel rooms are out dated. No plug ins or ways to charge cell phones or electronics. The pool is only a lap pool at 3.5 foot deep. Same breakfast food every morning for 4 days straight.

Rooms and property were clean and the decor was very appealing. All the staff were courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
