Sonesta Select Indianapolis Carmel

Clean room. Helpful and courteous staff. Parking was convenient, once you find the way to access the building. Front receptionist was nice, but to be honest, his personal grooming could improve. His fingernails were extremely long and he had a slight odor. I would also adjust the room prices to include a breakfast without additional payment, or at least provide that as an option when selecting your room. Overall though, I enjoyed my stay.

The staff were very nice and attentive. The bed was comfortable enough. I saw no signs of bed bugs which was my main concern. There was always coffee and hot water available. The place is pretty worn out. It was inexpensive but the condition and cleanliness is definitely reflected in the price tag.

Very clean.

Great location, great staff and the bed was comfortable They chose to have the carpets cleaned, and the carpet was very wet for two days of my stay which was extremely uncomfortable

The hotel was very nice, room was huge!!! The pool was wonderful. We did not have any food services while there so I cant comment on that. The room was clean except the pull out sofa mattress was not in clean condition. Over all we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend it!

You can just tell that it was an old building, they didnt really have anything updated. We did in fact enjoy the pool!! That was fun and you can tell they take good care of it.

Staff is very friendly and helpful Hotel room layout is a little inconvenient

Great location and the desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The room had a bad smell and bathroom wasn’t as clean I I would have liked. The hot water ran out Sunday morning.

The room assigned was under construction. Sawdust all over the sink, no mirror, only one small table lamp to light the whole room, floor was not swept. Cheep, but not worth it at any price.

Nice place to stay
