Best Western Plus Carpinteria Inn

Unfortunately when we arrived we were informed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working and would not be repaired. They are planning a major overhaul. Such a bummer

We used to enjoy staying at this hotel but cleanliness has gone downhill. We found women’s underwear behind one of the chairs. We will not be staying here again.

The hotel was okay, our room had a dirty towel in the restroom. When I booed the room it promoted complementary breakfast and when I asked morning of the staff was very rude in informing me that they only had a restaurant in the property and they didn’t offer breakfast. I didn’t appreciate the employees attitude and the way they made me feel.

It was comfortable A little noisy at times but otherwise we had a nice time

Room was. It clean I see toys and Chinese cookies by night stand and room old plus some curtains w mark on it for the I ask to clean the room when back was not touch at all !!!!?????

Parking and location are convenient Bed was horribly uncomfortable, I have back and neck pain from a bar or spring in the mattress hitting my side throughout the night causing it to be numb. The whole place needs paint and there were black hairs in the shower. I will never book again.

Everything was great. Clean rooms, staff was friendly and helpful, grounds were pretty and well kept, easy access to the highway and the town was a wonderful and walkable. Will definitely return to this hotel and area in the near future.

Great staff, great location. Great price. The door to our room did not seal properly so it let in water too much hallway light which interrupted sleep. The pool area was nice but the hot tub was out of service and was a really poorly designed. I don’t think two grown adults could fit comfortably in it, had it been working.

This hotel was very centrally located to activities. The landscaping and architecture was peaceful. Did not hear much noise and there was always a few parking spots, even coming back late, which was nice.

They were all willing to assist you in any way. The B.W. courtyard had beautiful lush trees with fountain, nice restaurant, koi pond and great amenities (workout room). Great proximity to the beach too. I look forward to staying at this hotel in the near future.

A little disappointed that we didn’t get the room we requested. One of the pools and hot tub was closed. Overall, the room was average.

Room was okay, we were given a handicap room without option to switch so the shower was messed up a bit

Location was ideal close to everything.
