Overall the hotel cancelled my paid in full 3 day stay without concern, information or help.

The parking lot was full both nights but was able to find spots towards the back of building. The room was clean but maybe add body soap instead of bar soap for shower

The reservation was booked for a non-smoking room and we were given a smoking room. The staff appeared to be on drugs or under the influence of a substance. The rooms could be maintained better. A lot of the amenities like the hot water did not work. Would not stay here again.

Serves its purpose, but the staff are rude. Also there was a power outage that lasted hours and anytime we inquired on any updates, would get snarky responses.

The room was good for one night. The restroom was really big however, the shower was really small. When someone took the shower, the water just created a water pool on the hall bathroom floor. The shower head placement was not right.

Yes a/c good and parking clise to my room. Needed a couple more towels. But room was good . Overall.

Loud air condition, no iron , hairdryer, microwave is only one by laundry room in horrible condition, hasn’t been cleaned for ever

Great room for the price and location! We had rooms towards the back, facing the montains. Very quiet.

Unfortunately, because we were rushing to our son’s tournament, we didn’t have time to thoroughly inspect the new room before leaving. When we returned, we found that the room was not clean. The shower was dirty, and the towels were old and worn. We didn’t feel comfortable using them, so we had to stop at Target to purchase our own towels, sheets, pillows, and a blanket. The next morning, we woke up to two puddles of water in the middle of the room. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable staying there. We checked out early, did not use the second night that we had already paid for, and had to find another hotel at the last minute. Overall, the hotel was very outdated, unclean, and did not feel safe. This was a very disappointing experience, especially since we trusted our booking with expedia.
