Hot tub was a bath tub, air was great

It was a fine place to stay but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Did not sleep well at all.

A very cute and clean motel. Mattress very uncomfortable. Way too soft that I sunk in. I would have let the staff know, but never in the office when I was there so just suffered through.

The time was a challenge and the room we stayed in needs some TLC. We had too many spiders in our room. I could not connect to the internet, which I needed for work. The bed and bedding were worn and had a sagging wear pattern in the mattress. The air conditioning unit was on and off all night and did not really keep the room cool. I feel tired from the lack of sleep.

Not a bad room, it was clean when we arrived and the patio in the back was nice. However, we did find several small cockroaches on the first night. One of the patio chairs was broken and the mattresses were absurdly squishy, I'm sure some people like that but for me it felt like sleeping on a water balloon. Besides that everything went well, the amenities worked and the breakfast was filling.

The location was in good proximity to the restaurants and the beach, the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. It is nicely decorated outside and they offer free bikes for guests to use That there’s no attendant before 3 pm. We drove far away and wanted to check in at 2, even though the room was clean, we had to wait until 3 to get in.

Breakfast was basic but plentiful. I had to ask for a hairdryer and upon checkout I had to leave room swipe card in an unsecured basket outside.

The suite was good for one night, we liked the garden outside and the proximity of the car to our front door. There were three different tvs which was nice. The floor was very well maintained and the linens were comfortable.

The are was nice, but unfortunately there is an apartment complex perhaps behind the hotel that had a lot of activity. There were people fixing cars in the lot and drinking, looked like people could possibly be living in their vehicles? The police ended up on the premises at one point. Not sure what was going on but just seemed a little shady. Other than that it provided a decent place to stay while we got away from the busyness of life. We visited the Santa Barbara Humane Society and adopted a pup, so that was a major plus of the trip. I wouldn't pay what I did to stay there again. I thought it would be better maintained for the price.

Such a sweet place right near downtown

Very quiet property, probably because this is a single story hotel. No walking heard from the ceiling.

Authentic Not very welcoming or friendly staff. Minimum breakfast offerings and ashtrays filled with cigarette butts at the dining tables.

Very clean no well maintained room and bathroom. Bedding was colorful and having a table and chairs along with a comfy armchair were great for relaxing.

Had a great stay. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time. The setting was rather early California Mission Style. Adorably cute. decorated wonderfully. Comfortable beds and large room. Coffee in the lobby was excellent.
