I had a busy day, and I came in late , went to bed and got up early and nothing impeded my time, So I appreciate that I could do everything quickly Since I was on a work trip.

Nice, basic hotel. It was a bit dated and there is a bit noise from the street. Convenient access to the freeway and downtown Carpinteria.

The hotel sign by the road could be lit up more. We missed it and had to drive slowly in the dark of night to find it. So improved signage would be helpful.

I liked how clean and well maintained the hotel was and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Loved our stay here! The room was extremely spacious and clean. The property was well-maintained and we had a quiet nights rest. I did not realize that this was a pet friendly hotel And I kept thinking about our next trip with our dogs. There would be enough room to set up their dog beds and the flooring is pet friendly. Will definitely be back!

Booked through Expedia- the hotel canceled the reservation and gave our room away without any notification. We traveled 3 hours with 3 kids…. Had to turn around and find a new place to stay. Just a real inconvenience without any consideration for my family and I.
