The location was good. It was near the stadium I had business at. The floors in my room were very dirty. There wasn’t any cookware for my room with a kitchen. I asked for a wake up call that never came. My keys didn’t work and needed new ones. The noise from other guests was obnoxious. Although there was no smoking in my room, it still smelled like smoke. The floors were the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel though. I’m not that picky I’m just a regular dude but after I took a shower the first night and walked across the room to turn on the tv bare foot the bottoms of me feet looked like I’d been downtown LA. I was disgusted and asked for a mop to clean the floors myself.

The bed was confy. It smelled like smoking. The rooms and NO breakfast..

To be honest not much The place was very smelly. A dirty and my husband got a rash. The shower water was very low. Hard to shower. Couldn't use the TV the breakfast was awful

The room and so much smoke smells in it .l will not stay at no more of them.

It was cheap for sure but you get what you pay for It was not clean. Fridge was not clean. Towels don’t seem to be clean. No face towels provided was locked out the room due to the keys not working multiple times. Has a bad odor to it

Staff is Great. Management is Excellent!! We’ve stayed in 2 separate rooms. Both had roaches. Dish racks dingy and dirty. Visible Stains on clean linen.

It was near a lot of stores, restaurants and it was only a 20 min walk from the soccer game we attended. That there was false advertising about continental breakfast.

The room was a bit cleaner than previous rooms we've stayed in. They are often out of stock for several supplies, as this time. No towels, no laundry soap, no bath soap, no coffee, no pastries, no creamer, only tea for the continental breakfast.

Location was not something to worry about Having Towels, toilet paper would have been comforting. cleanliness, as well as less noise from adjacent rooms would have eased our thoughts about the place to be “peachy “.

Convenient location, staff was nice. Wierd odor in the room, pillow slips were dirty, bath tub dirty, & no wash cloths.

The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

There was bugs in the bed the bedding was dirty there was only 1 tile in the room they had no clean towels!!! It was definitely a very nasty experience NOTHING

I've provided a very detailed accounting of my stay at this facility on a previous rating. This facility is ALWAYS out of most of the essential needs toilettissue, napkins ,coffee , the continental breakfast and towels!

First of all, I know this isn't the first complaint. Where do I start...First of all this hotel has roaches. The sink has a slow drain, an obvious plumbing issue. Bless the lady at the front desk, I can tell she means well but the issues seem to be out of her control. Some people were smoking in their room and set off the fire alarm in the mist of the night. The fire department had to be called out. To top it off, when my fiancé asked housekeeping for some more towels and sheets, she said, literally, we don't have any clean sheets or towels. How is this hotel still in business? I will be filing a complaint with the city and BBB ( Better Business Bureau).
