Wonderful place to stay. I was only there for one night but when back will definitely stay here! The staff was amazing and so helpful the bed was comfortable and most importantly I got a good nights sleep!

I have stayed here several times, but this stay was the best. The hotel is so nicely updated and the food is great. The staff is friendly and professional. We have our conference here every year and love it. Definitely recommend!

Nice rooms, but no elevator for 2nd floor rooms.

The breakfast was nice. The location was convenient. The staff was friendly. Our participants did not feel comfortable. The hotel is outdated and abused. The maintenance budget seems to be missing. Several fixtures in the rooms were in disrepair. Not a wise long-term option for a conference.

The hotel was affordable, well maintained, clean, and in a safe part of town. It was in a convenient location to food options, and downtown Casper. The room smelled a little bit like cigarette smoke despite being in a non-smoking room. The parking lot had poor lighting, and there was no key entry from the parking lot door nearest the room. Had to go all the way around to the main entrance.

The bathroom was by far my heaven on earth. The fact that the suite included a kitchen but lacked a stove was notable.

The room had no shower curtain and required a trip to the front desk to remedy the situation. The hotel itself is very dated, but that is fine… And it would have been a better experience if it was properly cleaned. There are worse places to stay in Casper, but if you want a nicer, cleaner experience—you’ll choose somewhere else (I will if there’s a next time).

Staff was very accommodating. Clean room. Clean laundry room and fitness center right next door so we could work out while doing our laundry. Everything was good.

Easy check-in with friendly staff. Room was clean and the restaurant had good drinks.

Only complaint: room was not cleaned even after requesting service on day 3.

There was an issue with the tub, the maintenance staff came to the room immediately, had the issue resolved in matter of minutes. The desk staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The variety of food was great.
