Front desk is friendly but everything else is terrible. Sheets are not changed (new and clean beddings usually have straight ridges because the fabric was twisted, folded, or compressed during the wash and high-heat dry cycle) I can tell immediately they don't change the beddings. No body wash nor shampoo nor whatever in the bathroom other than a small piece of soup already used by a lot of people. Hair dryer is very very old model that works terribly. Not recommended. Try spend a few more bucks to find a better place.

Simply slept there, can't honestly rate beyond that.

Great service and comfortable stay!

What a pleasure it was to happen upon this fabulous motel. The incredible price is secondary to the charm and hospitality I received from the staff. Clean rooms, strong wi-fi signal and good coffee in the morning! Will definitely stop back by again!

It was appropriate for the price of the room. The bed was clean and comfortable. We slept well. AC felt amazing as it was 100 degrees outside. Staff were friendly. Check in was quick and effortless. Building and rooms need updating but everything was tidy and worked.

Stairwells were pretty run down…worn carpet, sticky handrails. But, whatever. The room was clean and comfortable. My only real gripe is that I was in the room directly across from the out of order elevator, and I was awakened at 6:30 am by folks working on it with power tools. A real bummer that I wasn’t able to sleep in on my vacation.

I’ve been staying at the National 9 Showboat motel for almost a month for work and I can’t say enough about this place and the nice folks that work here. They are very accommodating and bend over backwards to help their customers with anything they may need. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. If you need anything extra (sheets, pillows, trash bags, etc…) all you have to do is ask. Breakfast is promptly ready at 6 am and you are greeted with a beautiful smile and a warm “Good Morning” to start out your day. These people make you feel at home (away from home). Great people, great service, wonderful stay. Give them a try next time you’re in town.

Best showers we've seen in a mom and pop. Good volume ... great temps and ease of operation. The sliding window needed attention, but they dealt with it at 10:30 pm. We will stay again!

This hotel is incredibly rundown. The whole hotel smelled very stale. Our room was especially smelly of old pee and cigarettes (maybe because it was a pet allowed room?). I do think they would benefit from replacing that carpet with laminate. We had to spray Fabreze periodically to be able to stand being in there.

Was a clean room and great bed, especially for the price. They had breakfast but was mostly carbs...

Room was hot. A/c unit wasn't on and took until the next morning to cool off. No coffee in the room.

We were passing through Casper. Easy to find. Adequate for our stay
-
I wouldn’t stay here again.
-
Hot a/c wasn't keeping up but it was good
-
Very comfortable bed. Old building but very clean. Will definitely stay again.
-
Decent comfortable and quiet. Would stay again.

There was no chair in the room, one outlet with an extension cord for everything. The cover for the bathroom fan was leaning under the sink. And no trash can provided.

We experienced a flat tire while still far from the hotel, which delayed us and we did not arrive until 12:45 AM. We called in and told the desk attendant of our situation. He requested our phone number so he could call and check on our progress, which he did. When we arrived, he was very helpful and we experienced the fastest check-in we have ever had, by far. The room was dated and not particularly appealing, but everything worked and we just needed a place to stay for the rest of the night. The specific reasons for a somewhat low rating on cleanliness were, 1) several dead insects on the floor, and 2) a used, but dry, washcloth was missed by the cleaning person and was hanging over the shower curtain. Breakfast was about average for a budget hotel, and included waffles with syrup, dry cereal with milk (no oatmeal), a selection (!) of bagels with cream cheese and jelly available, and apple juice and Sunny-D (not real orange juice) to drink. Coffee was also available.

Good room for a reasonable price, pet friendly and very low pet fee. I travel with my dogs. I was passing through the Casper area. Heading to Montana. Definitely will be staying here again on my travels back through.
