You can tell the hotel is older but it’s been remodeled. Room was clean. Breakfast was bad. We arrived an hour before breakfast closed. No meat left, little eggs and no coffee. We won’t stay here again. Other options.

I love this hotel. I stay here every time I’m in Casper. Best beds in Casper, as well.

The room was nice- the bed is on a pedestal so it was very high. Not a lot of counter space but adequate. The elevator needs a little tlc when it comes to cleaning. Breakfast was good..

The room was standard clean and comfortable.Did not like the fact that bathroom sink was not in bathroom.Breakfast was average with meat,eggs,waffles and the cold stuff.

It's older but still good. The staff was friendly. Alwayss appreciate a smile. To expedia would be nice if room doors could be latched open while carrying in the luggage

I have attended 2 annual events in Casper and stayed at this motel and will continue in the future. Very nice, clean, quiet, really good breakfast, easy access

Check in was quick. The lady that checked us in was friendly and very helpful. She made restaurant suggestions and even gave us a coupon when we asked for recommendations. Room was nice, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Pool and hot tub was nice after a long drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Found several hairs on the pillows, either meaning they came from the staff, or the pillowcases don’t regularly get changed. The air-conditioning unit wasn’t absolute joke. When it turned on it sound like a freight train. There was no temperature control so you simply had to guess as to what temperature was coming out. The bathroom was decently clean, but the toilet leaked.

We were traveling through and thought we’d give this hotel a try due to the fair rate and good reviews. We booked two rooms and arrived about 9:30pm. Both of our rooms were dirty. My daughter pulled back the bedding and there was a “wet” spot with pubic hair on the bottom sheet. So the bedding was not changed or even really cleaned in between guests. We requested new bedding for all beds. We had to go down and get the bedding and put it on. They only have one person working at that point of the day. The bathroom floor was dirty. House keeping did not do their job. The guy at the front fest didn’t seem concerned or surprised. It was completely disgusting and will not stay there again if we pass through Casper again.

In general modernizing and updating the property on the outside and inside not just the rooms.

Friendly staff and in a good location. Bathroom and room were poorly cleaned. The pool was not clean.
