When we checked in the system was down but the staff on the front desk were excellent and they worked around the problem and got everybody the rooms. Also the breakfast was excellent, lots of food choices.

This property is not as well maintained as what I'm used to with Hampton Suites. The first room they put me in had a toilet that wouldn't flush. The ice machines were out of order when the weather outside was almost 100 degrees. There were strange noises in my room and I could see corrosion on pipes and stuff. Also, they forgot to service our rooms during our three-night stay.

Had a king standard room and it was really nice. Bed is comfortable. Good breakfast choices on the day I checked out and did not let the items run out

New room upgrades are awesome. Rooms look very modern. The TV/Internet situation is legit awful. Shower is ok, good pressure but waited until all neighbors were done showering (apparently we were roomed next to the hot water heater). We could hear those using the shower all morning. I waited until just before check out. I took a major digger while showering. I forgot to bring a wash cloth with me, and when I went to grab one, I slipped on the floor (mats were used but when I stepped out it gave way ). I landed on the toilet and significantly hit my ribs. My breathing is affected by pain and inspiration is reduced in volume. NA

The hot tub was not working and the pool water was to cold for my family to enjoy. The pool was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel.
