New hotel, room very clean, cleaning lady did a nice job every day and my tip reflected it. Breakfast was delicious, hot scramble eggs that I topped with sauge gravy. Also had sauge patty. Parking was perfect. Location of hotel was ideal.

The hottub was unavailable due to refurbishment. The pool was dinky. The room was very clean. The beds were wonderful, and pillows and linens great! Front desk staff was dutiful and efficient. Bathroom sinks had strange corner spigots that leaked out and enabled water to splash onto the countertops.

When we checked in the system was down but the staff on the front desk were excellent and they worked around the problem and got everybody the rooms. Also the breakfast was excellent, lots of food choices.

This property is not as well maintained as what I'm used to with Hampton Suites. The first room they put me in had a toilet that wouldn't flush. The ice machines were out of order when the weather outside was almost 100 degrees. There were strange noises in my room and I could see corrosion on pipes and stuff. Also, they forgot to service our rooms during our three-night stay.
