Hilton Garden Inn Casper

Pool was great, breakfast was not. No fruit, yogurt, continental options. No warm options either. Just bread and bagels.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was good.

Clean, comfortable room. Quiet location. Restaurant and bar are VERY basic, but OK.

Close to Event Center and good food.

We had been traveling all day and called to see if the kitchen was still open as we were pulling into town we were told it was until 10pm. We checked in and took our luggage upstairs. We came back down and it was 9:20. We started looking at menus, and at 9:25 we were advised that they had just closed the kitchen because it wasn't busy. We could see several people sitting in the area around the bar and two women sitting at a table with menus. We noticed that the floors throughout the lobby, elevators and our room were filthy with dirt, and dried on stains and our bathroom floor had tons of hair all over it. The bed spreads were dirty, and thrown together we didn't even want to sleep under the covers because the bedding smelled bad. We didn't want to use the showers with all the hairs located next to it, and the stained bathroom tile. There was a thick coat of dust all over the microwave. The inside of the elevator was filthy and looked like it had been wiped with a dirty rag, the floor was filthy. I went downstairs to talk to the staff and they were in the bar talking and two of the females were glued to their phones the whole time. The front desk person came over I told her how disgusting everything was, showed pics.She said she would talk to her gm and see what he would do. We never heard from her again. I won't be staying at a Hilton ever again, so disgusted by the whole experience. Thefront desk female Brittany was rude, and the lobby and elevator were still filthy.

The best thing about this Hilton is the staff!!!!!!! Front desk....Restaurant....everyone... All very friendly and efficient. Also the food is excellent!!! A bit of a surprise...it has been great the last few years we've eaten there. Also the beds are very comfortable!!

Everything was great. We enjoy this hotel when attending sporting events at The Ranch!

The property was well maintained and very clean. The rooms are average but comfortable. There was ample parking, indoor pool and exercise facility. The cost was on the high side and a free breakfast was not offered. In room coffee pods were not replenished each day.

The floor in the pool/hot tub area was VERY slick when walking with wet feet.

Room close to the elevator was extremely noisy. Couldn’t sleep. When guests arrive late, I hope staff would be trained to put guests away from noise.

Location The bathrooms were not clean and the front lobby and first floor floors were not clean.

King room suite was clean and spacious. The hot tub and pool were excellent for our “stay cation” for Mother’s Day Mom’s night away!

I always stay at this property and usually never have an issue. This time I had a terrible experience with the cleanliness of the room. There were m&ms on the floor under the night stand that my one year old found, the bathroom floor had used q-tips and mouth flossers, and the beds were wrinkly like they were already slept in.
