Motel 6 Casper

No breakfast. Only coffee, no tea !!!! Friendly staff.

The room was quite dirty, the staff was helpful when the ice bucket was broke and the TV didnt work.

The rooms were as good as can be. Had a difficult time getting the attention of the staff.

TV wouldn’t connect to the external tuner. It’s little rough but adequate.

My first room was fine, relatively clean. I came back from eating and their was a leak above the sink. I informed the front desk and he said he would contact maintenance. I didn't hear from them so I went back down , still waiting maintenance. After waiting again I finally went down again. They finally moved me to another room. They could have done that right away and saved me the stress. Also the filter above my sink was also open and falling down in my new room. Not too happy with the service and no apology.

The website for this hotel shows a swimming pool, however the pool has been filled with concrete. All bedding was stained. The gap around the door was big enough for small rodents to freely come and go. It did however have fridge and a shower and bathroom was bery nice. The hotel didn't provide coffee, which is pretty much standard in hotels.

Absolutely horrible!! I paid for three days and didn’t get in until 5am my first day, the rude housekeeper woke me up at 10am and said I was supposed to be gone. I told him I paid for two more days so he was mistaken. Then the front desk man comes and bangs on the door- YELLING at me that he’s going to call the police because I only paid for the one night. I showed him my receipt for all three nights and my confirmation number, he said “I don’t care what your phone says, my computer says different” and continued to threaten me until I told him I wouldn’t be leaving and that I’d be more than happy to show the officer my proof of receipt. Disgusting people who work there, will never be back! The same housekeeper came and woke me up AGAIN the next morning. Horrible place.

Budget friendly and quite environment but towles using low quality

The last 3 times they put someone in my room didn't even check if someone was in it and this last time they took all my stuff out when they cleaned the room

Adjacent neighbor seemed like his family of wife, kids and a dog, were there permanently and very talkative and loud until 10 pm. Outside steps shabby and paint peeling everywhere.

Easy, convenient, location to the interstate. Helpful staff. Compfortable bed. Easy Parking. Hotel in an overall state of disrepair.

Price was good, all the basic amenities. Seemed clean. We got put in a smoking room, should have been non smoking and it smelled horrible. Lots of water damage in the bathroom.

The people in the office are amazing . So friendly

The rooms are ok. The staff is really nice . The parking was ok .the parking lot could use a little TLC . But we live in Wyoming wind so everyone shares each other's trash 😂

I didn't like a thing at this motel this is a facility that should probably be bulldozed over. People are friendly but when the building is trash it's trash fire alarm wasn't even there had exposed wires All they did was put a cover on it great you covered exposed wires but that also means no working fire alarm if a fire catches took over 7 hours for maintenance to get water warmed in the bathroom had to make several calls to the office in regards to the water still not being hot in that time frame to find mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom TV didn't want to work he had to figure out why there was no signal to it over I do not believe that the room was worth the amount I paid I have stayed in a hotel one third the cost of what I did in this one and way better condition way better accommodations I shouldn't have to get on top of staff to have a comfortable shower and sleep when you pay that kind of money out of your pocket you call booking.com oh we'll get a hold of them do they even suggest moving rooms hell no I had to deal with them coming and going. The only reason I paid the amount I did for that place was to have early check in that I paid extra for to have to fight for it at the front desk then to find out that the only reason I chose that motel for that cost was for a pool accommodations and they don't even have a pool anymore they filled it in with cement so in all reality booking.com lies the facility lies. Everything to do with this facility I will never use booking.com ever again first time and last and I will make sure everybody knows about my experience at Casper Wyoming motel 6 studio 6 whatever bullcrap name you want to give it it needs to be destroyed
