Was there for a na convention The fact that our room was not very clean. And the sheets did not look like they had been changed on the pull out couch and the pillows on the bed had stains on the pillow cases.

Location Old and needing restoration.

I made my reservation in July for September. I requested 2 queen beds. I got 1 king bed. The change from Ramkota to Western Heritage was not a good move.

We were able to check in early, friendly staff, pool and bar area Our shower did not work …my husbands shower was freezing and the tub did not drain. Then, we tried about 30 minutes later and the faucet in the tub would not turn off.

We stayed there for a soccer tourament and it was nice that the hotel was large enough that the kids had room to hangout with each as well as the parents. The breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms, great amount of towels in bathroom, breakfast was delicious (lady in breakfast room was the bomb! Was very sweet and did a wonderful job!), loved the ice water and coffee/tea available at all times, cost of room was reasonable too.

If you have a reserved reservation for this hotel I encourage you call ahead. We reserved months in advance with a confirmation. They overbooked rooms and gave ours away. We have a medically fragile child and was left reserving yet another room in Douglas Wyoming 51 minutes back tracking that had mold in it. Staff did nothing to rectify their mistake and shrugged their shoulders and said sorry we are sold out! We travel all over the United States and have never experienced such callous disregard for their own mistake! There are plenty of hotels in the Casper area chose one of them.

Good overall experience will stay again

The updates to this were amazing! Very clean and comfortable!

There were no rooms in town we had to sleep in our car with our kid :(

Booked a room months in advance for our sons Birthday, only to be told they lost our reservation when their systems got switched over. Was told they didnt even have a room available to put us in and turned us away. Didn't even say sorry until we were headed out the door and it was a "Sorry, have a nice night". We were 4hrs away from home with nowhere to go after a concert so we had to take turns driving home at midnight. Would not recommend!

This older hotel has been well maintained and you can see that they've worked on renovations over time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing and your kids will love it!

I booked this room so the kids could go swimming. Well, the pool was green and looked like toxic waste. When I checked in the placed smelled of sewar. The fridge in my room was broken and despite a promise to fix it, that didn't happen. Mold on the grout in the shower. Way to expensive for such a slum.

It was nice to be so close to the Aspen Center. Also, the facility had a lot of nice amenities- pool, workout, restaurant, great breakfast buffet. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The decor of the Hotel was rustic, very Wyoming. We enjoyed our stay. Bed sheets thin and wouldn't stay on my bed..
