The room was meh but quite disappointed with how the pool looked. It was dirty and needed attention. Price wasn’t horrible but just disappointing in how things looked.

The rooms were spacious and the beds amazingly comfortable. The check-in staff guy was very nice and friendly. Nice breakfast. The hot tub worked after hitting the button several times, but the water feature in the pool did not work, which bummed out my grandkids. But the pool itself was very nice.

The front desk staff was friendly and greeted us warmly. The lobby and hallways were wide, clean and nicely lit. Our rooms were clean, modern, had numerous amenities, the beds were very comfortable. Great parking too! Not one thing, everything was exceptional.

Location was decent. They had a maintenance worker working on the front doors for what seemed like nonstop hours all weekend. It made it very difficult to go in and out & he was not polite at all. The hot tub was not working - they did not show any intent of getting it to work either nor any empathy regarding it not working The rooms were nice but housekeeping can focus more on the hard to reach areas because seeing others hair in the shower is gross

Add some weird color stains on the wall in the bathroom and I had stains on my sheets. Breakfast was decent bad was mediocre. Location was good.

Enjoyed our stay except the hot tub and water features in the pool were not working which was why we chose this specific hotel. Breakfast were great and rooms were clean.

So I usually look for hotels with a hot tub as a general rule to relax after a big day. Theirs was broken and the staff says it seems to be always broken very sad. Then the internet I needed for work was somewhat broken and limited to a super slow speed. I needed to was my clothes. It cost me 7.50$ for a load. Excessive. On the good note the breakfast was very good. The kids pool was a nice touch but again the water feature was broken. The room was clean. Beds comfortable. Internet spotty. Location is good. Near lots of amenities.
