We hardly spent any time at the property, it was located in a great place and easy to get to. Lots of shopping and cultural interests nearby.

Clean room, nice beds, and friendly staff. The Breakfast was great both mornings. We stayed here as part of the Iowa Shine Bowl with Shriners also staying here, the hotel was sold out all weekend, but you wouldn't have known it with how well the staff kept up. We will stay here again for next year's Shrine Bowl. The best part was the wonderful shower head, many hotels spit a dribble of water at you, but the flow and pressure were amazing and had plenty of hot water, even with a sold-out hotel with everyone similar schedules. Thank you, Cedar Falls Comfort Inn and Suites, for making our weekend memorable.

The splash pad was broken and the pool, hot tub, and splash pad area were all brown-they all need cleaned. Continental breakfast, customer service, and rooms were all good.

Advertised as having hot tub and pool for kids. Get there and find out as we are checking in that none of it works. Never was told ahead of time. If so we would of booked somewhere else. This was a huge bummer none the less. Pool sucked and stay was meh. Never going back.

My room was neat and clean and equipped with everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, will definitely use them in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for a place to stay during their travels.

Friendly staff. Room was clean but bathtub was not draining well.

Beds were just okay. One sounded as if it was going to break apart any little movement.

We booked this place based on the pool area for our kids. The pool mushroom didn’t work. The pool water was very cold. The hot tub was fine. Rooms were decent but not the cleanest. A few small upgrades would make a big difference. At check out nobody was at the desk. I rang the bell and a lady working at the breakfast area (just doing inventory after breakfast hours) looked at me and ignored me. I hit the bell again and someone came in to help me. I would not stay here again. Not the cleanest, bummer about the pool area, staff was mediocre.
