The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the common areas offered plenty of space for our group to gather and socialize. The location was convenient, making it easy for everyone attending the reunion to participate in the planned activities. A special thank you goes to Mr. Nolta, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. His attentiveness, friendly attitude, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. He made everyone feel welcome and was always ready to assist with a smile, helping make our reunion even more special. Overall, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and welcoming atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel for reunions, family gatherings, or any special occasion. We look forward to returning in the future!

We stay at this property probably 2 to 3 times per year. The staff were kind, courteous and professional. The property including our room, dining/bar area, hallways, etc., was clean and comfortable. Things are starting to show more wear and tear. There were scuff marks across walls in the hallway and in our room. We know it's probably from cleaning carts but it just seems maybe cheaper materials used. Our room was a bit "stale". There weren't any modern USB charging stations in the room or no luggage racks. There is a coat rack and we could put a duffel bag there after moving the ironing board. While maybe not so important to some, those things do make a stay more comfortable and convenient.

If you pre-purchase the breakfast don’t have too high expectations. It’s a breakfast buffet similar to what you might receive at another chain hotel. Maybe a little nicer… certainly less crowded.

Overall, this was an excellent hotel and we would stay again. My major complaint is that the breakfast food, which we had to pay for, was largely missing. The hotel did not staff the breakfast area competently. I should have asked for a refund.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times an every time I’m beyond happy! The beds & pillows are so comfortable, I never want to leave! The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing! It’s so clean and the pool is always clean with towels ready to go! The staff is so helpful & nice they even offer fans if you need one to help you sleep! Over all fairly quite hotel too never had an issue with it being to loud! Absolutely love it here very hard to stay anywhere else because they set such a high standard for quality!

Rooms are very clean, staff is always helpful, Deliscia at the bar is ALWAYS a pleasure to see, she is a wonderful person with a great personality. I stay at this Holiday Inn every time I am in Cedar Falls. The only complaint I have is that this hotel should offer FREE breakfast especially considering the room rates, I have stayed at other hotels around the country that were just as nice that offer complimentary breakfast with your stay and they were better breakfasts than what you charge for at this Holiday Inn.

Minuses:pool was over chlorinated and we were not able to use it as well as many others. Breakfast was free for kids but adults had to pay but it wasn’t worth it. The staff was flying solo and didn’t have time to restock things so quite a few things were empty. Front desk staff was understaffed. One person at the desk to check in, answer questions, get towels/bedding etc on a Saturday evening with a soccer tournament in town. They were very pleasant.

Location was great for an overnight on the road stay with a gas station and Dairy Queen right next door. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast we purchased was good. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our only disappointment was that we thought there was an arcade but it seems it was just a room with a pool table and a shuffleboard table. Honestly, though, for just a one night stay, we had everything we needed and it was great.😊
