Spark by Hilton Cedar Falls

All was really good except urine smell near desk where I suspect a prior pet deposited. Luckily we could open the windows to help.

The room was very nice. It would be nice if the heated pool was heated overnight, so it wouldn't be so cold when it opens in the mornings.

Clean and quiet for a restful stay.

Pleasant staff! They were very courteous!

The beds made lots of noises compared to the original set up in most places.they were clunking and you could hear neighboring rooms getting in out of beds

It said there was breakfast, it was all cold stuff, no warm breakfast like most hotels. The ice machine was out of ice, and one on the first floor. We were on the 2nd floor, no elevator.

Okay so coffee should be ready for breakfast. Ice machine should be accessible with bucket.fire sprinklers should not be covered up. General manager was trying to do the work of three ladies up front. Hot tub was also covered in. Misleading.

Our room had a very strange smell in it. I don’t know if it was just our room or if they all had it.

Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was really clean. Comfortable furniture. Lots of room space. nice bathroom. Breakfast was lacking. Muffins, bagels, yogurt and cereal were the only options. I did find a weird piece of plastic in my yogurt/ strawberries/ granola. Everthing still tasted good. The TV in my room did not work but I didn't really need it.

I really enjoyed the fact your hotel did not smell of chemical cleaning supplies. It was very refreshing to breath the air in your hotel! I will only stay at your hotel everytime I am in your area!

Friendly staff. There was an issue with booking and them getting my reserve at spark. Melissa made it right. Nothing really

Good clean place to stay.

We booked a room with a queen and pull out bed. They sent us to a room with only a bed. Had to put my family in two separate rooms because they overbooked. Then I stepped on a piece of glass in our room and had to dig it out. So could have been better..

Don't recommend staying here. Staff entered my room at 9:30 at night to "check housekeeping" said sorry I didn't know you were here. I didn't check out and was not scheduled to check out for 3 more days. I let housekeeping in one day to take trash and replace towels. After coming back from the days events. I found I was missing medication. I suspect they entered my room that late at night hoping to score more of my medication. Management did nothing but make excuses as to why that might enter my room so late at night. Shady business. I checked out immediately and found another hotel.

Property was clean and decent location They had given my room away so when I got there they did not have the room style I needed to fit my whole family. They had no solutions and I had to buy an air mattress for my kids to sleep on.

The room was nice. I slept well. There is no elevator for second floor guests. This could be an issue if you have heavy luggage. There was no ice bucket or cups in our room. I had to get a bucket from the front desk, but it did not matter, because the ice maker was not working at the time. The breakfast was pretty bare and much of it was on the floor (which needed swept) perhaps due to the number of children that had stayed there overnight.
