Ramada by Wyndham Cedar Rapids South

The bed was not comfortable. Pillows were lumpy. There were overflowing trash bins in the hallway. The breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was undrinkable. Waffle maker didn't work.

The smell, the strange men around the property. Smells of mold, could not.breath, left right away.

Dirty and smelly, bugs in the rooms. People are smoking everywhere. Ceiling failling down in the hallways. I'd call this place a dump!

Nothing to brag about the stay. Won’t stay again. Staff seemed annoyed at being asked anything. Breakfast was poor.

The sheets were stained which set the tone for our stay. We paid way too much money for what we encountered. To be honest, was gross.

The property is old dark doors broken, in our room the air did not work the hair dyer did not work and the refrigerator was not cold. The coffee maker had no cup or coffee, useless. The room had a bad odor and the smoking spot was right under our window so we heard people talking while smoking all night, plus cigarettes butts wer all over that area which was but the front door. The bathroom was not bad ,shower had hot water. Breakfast was not much plus the breakfast area was old didn’t even try it. Was a great hotel for college kids. Staff were friendly. We checked out early.

The value and location were good.

Bugs in shower there were two remotes and was difficult to set up and get going. Overall dirty

Room pictures are very deceiving. Not at all as pictured. No couch or extra space. Rooms not as clean as they should be. Staff at the hotel was very short and not accommodating at all.

Bed was comfortable. Late check in was very helpful. Hotel is older and has wear.

I didn't like anything about it. Myself and another guest waited 15 minutes before someone came to greet me. The air quality was horrible and had a thick odor of cigarette smoke. I'm asthmatic and had to use my inhaler after being in the lobby.I didn't check in and tried to get in touch with booking.com to cancel the reservation and hit a brick wall. This Ramada gave the name a bad presentation.

Passable

Didn't like a thing about this hotel other than it was close to where we needed to be for a celebration of life for my father. The tv didn't work and I reported it and was told I had ttto wait until morning which is when we were leaving!

Our first room had a wet, moldy carpet beneath the leaking air conditioning unit. The room smelled strongly of mold. In addition, the toilet backed up. We moved to a new room in the morning, which was better, but the shower dripped all night long.
