They were remodeling but it was difficult to get around being handicapped. It was a basic room and clean.

Not worth what I paid

Stayed here one night after a horrible experience at a hotel near by . What i needed clean , comfortable

Washer and Dryer was out of service. Also looked like the sign was there for sometime. A wall ventilation fan's cover was off and fan and other things were exposed. There was only one small end table between the two beds. At least one more would have been helpful.

There was nobody to be found. Room was extremely basic. Bed bathroom, tv, refrigerator. There was not a sitting chair in our room! We had to sit on the bed for everything. It was a really depressing room & we stayed almost a week. They blame everything on the data enter workers. We are from Columbus Ohio & have tons of data centers being put up so we know about data centers.

No breakfast and not even coffee, had to go to McDonald’s to get coffee

Room was clean but no breakfast due to electric issue in that room. Try find someone at front desk for explanation but no one there. I find later when I call back to property. But for one night its good hotel.

Came in while tornado warning going off. Front desk helped me immediately!

There was no good place to set suitcases. Washer/Dryer out of order. The juice machine out of order.

Phone didn't work, my mom called me at the hotel and gave my name and wrong room number they said they don't have that number and hung up. This was the worst hotel stays, couldn't even have company over. Their breakfast sucked, and they had no elevator

No, everything was perfect

Right when you get there at the front desk, there’s a sign that says $250 to clean the room if you smoke it. The room smell like smoke and Fabuloso. Two windows down from us. They were boarded up with plywood as though somebody had broken them. The washing machines were out of order and the ice machine was leaking all over the front steps. Someone kept running up and down the halls all night long and I know there’s nothing they can do about that but it still was weird.

left my AirPods & I can see on location that they are there I called to see if the housekeeper turned them in they said they didn’t so I had to make a police report&it’s been four days & they still haven’t sent deposit back super unprofessional

Place looks bad from outside but rooms are clean

Tub could have been cleaned better. Toilet seat time to be replaced.

The place is absolutely disgusting. It’s in a scary part of town. Do not waste your money.
