Breakfast was very thoughtful with a variety of options, always eggs and pork of some sort and waffles. They also had paper bags with a bottle of water, apple, bagel, cream cheese and peanut butter (I used for the apple) for a to go breakfast or lunch!

But I tried to call the week before my visit (to ask some questions that did not appear on my confirmation) at least 8-9 times and there was never any answer, not even a recording to indicate I had reached a hotel. So that had me a bit stressed out. There could have also been more communication from the desk clerk that most of the parking lot was blocked off, when she asked me which side of the hotel I wanted. Since I didn't know about the closed parking area I picked the "wrong" side & had to walk a long distance with several loads of things everytime we left & came back.

The tornado sirens went off and the staff did not take any precautions or have any instructions for us as what to do. I asked what we were supposed to do and she said i could do whatever wanted. I asked if there was some place for us to go and she said i could go into the housekeeping closet if I wanted. Were we all supposed to go to the closet? There should be some protocol in place in case of an emergency.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was as good. It wasn’t noisy and the staff was nice.

The property looked like it had recently undergone some renovation and it felt clean. The staff was friendly at check-in and the complementary breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was a little cramped, especially the bathroom. Clock didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Only three pillows.
