Our room was clean, the staff was good. Only one issue occurred. When we requested that our towels and washcloth be replace with clean items... we were promised the clean items but I ended up having to go down to the front desk when we returned in the evening, to get him to provide us with the clean towels and washcloths....which he took care of immediately.

Staff was friendly. Woke up to find cockroaches in my room!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Distance from Airport. But that's OK.

The mattress was toooo soft. I found a couple of bugs in the room in the morning. You also need an automatic door in front

The microwave had cockroaches in it and when I told the front desk they told me there were no available rooms to move me too and gave me a sticky pad to get the roaches with. I didn’t get any money back and did nothing to make it right. Roaches are gross and really easy to take home with you and not even know you are creating a roach problem I. Your own home

This Hotel had cockroches, in the microwave, the staph did nothing to accommodate this disgusting inconvenience. Did not comp me any free stays or my money back?And took my deposit. Yes , the hotel staff was very rude and inconsiderate , as well as quite unprofessional.

I like everything set for some of the staff some of the staff need to be replaced The smartest staff that works from 7:00 a.m. to p.m. I don't appreciate the sarcastic and the side comments I'll leave the names unheard of.

Nothing Everything the room is was in 121 had roaches. On top imog that it has a stale nasty smell in it. Then on top of that I was accused of smoking. In the room because they thought I sprayed air freshener. I never sprayed air freshener it was my body spray and I proved it to the lady. Then she gonna day well we used to ha e issued with the lady you were with. Which has nothing to do with me l. The. She accused me of opening a window that I never opened. I tried telling her I didnt open the window it was the guy she sent to check the room. She dismissed as if I were lying and said we do t get no mk ey for this he didnt open the window. She was rude accusatory and I would not recommend this place to anyone else and I will never stay there ever again. It used to be a nice place I dint know what happen to it.

0checki smelled like smoke in the lobby. hallways very dirty. UNDESIREABLE PEOPLE IN THE PARKING LOT. looked like drug dealing. we canceled our room and left. We are still waiting for our credit card refund.

Hot tub was room exclusive not for entire hotel

not able to adjust room rate to contractor rate after booking on line.

Nothing Roaches

Property was very clean. Hotel room was very large. Allowed pets.

The room was in decent condition for the price. It smelled clean and looked clean in the lobby. Hotel attendant was kind and informative. The shower was clean which is always a big one for me. Now I did notice a strong cigarette smell upon entering into the hallway that led to the rooms. We were in a non smoking room so it didn’t smell thank God. They do charge a $50 deposit cash or card. My biggest issue was the site said they have breakfast, and there was literally NOTHING! Not even a coffee machine! But overall you get what you pay for. I just needed one night to shower and rest.

The location was very good. I passed through the lobby more than once during breakfast hours, and never saw breakfast. Smoke alarm would sound off randomly, suspecting a dying battery. The fan in the bathroom made a very lout noise for a couple of minutes, then subsided. The TV on/off or volume could not be controlled from the remote, however, channels could be changed. I understand the policy of withholding $50 as a security deposit. But I don't understand why my funds were held immediately at check in, but would be released back to me after 5-7 days. It shouldn't take that long to determine that I did not trash the room.
