Breakfast was not even worth going down for at all No hot water and the ac barely worked called them to complain and speak to manager they said oh everything worked fine but no this place I would not recommend at all

We didn’t stay before the breakfast we checked out early due to flight Deposit for a one night stay for $100

It was a nice hotel but people had smoked in the room.

Wasn’t what I was expecting. The drain in the bath was broken so I had to take it out for the tub to drain. Stains on the carpet by the bed. And the bed was extremely high. I roll into it face first and then roll over. I am 72 years old and I am 5 foot 3”. One question, is the breakfast room for the guests or the staff. The staff were sitting in a booth while guests with more than 2 in their party were standing.

Bed bugs. Wet carpet. Smelled like piss outside. Asked for a refund after showing photos and actual bugs and they wouldn't give a refund. Did not stay the night.

Despite it being a less expensive hotel it was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I like how it didn’t stink badly as compared to other less expensive hotels. Price to value is very good. I enjoyed my stay. I felt safe, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very kind.

The hotel building was run down, though the staff was kind. Our room smelled like a mixture of cigarettes and mildew. I do give the staff as higher rating because they were trying and they were there to help with breakfast and check-in.

The outside doors did not lock and one didn’t have a card reader on it. The floors felt damp. The air conditioning didn’t pull the humidity out of the air. The eggs and sausage were cold and the heaters were not working. The sink and bathtub did not even have plugs for the drains. I thought BAYMONT was a middle to upper tier hotel. This one was not even close.
