Needs updating. Room smelled musty

The hotel building was run down, though the staff was kind. Our room smelled like a mixture of cigarettes and mildew. I do give the staff as higher rating because they were trying and they were there to help with breakfast and check-in.

Smelly, non smoking room smelled like smoke and air fresheners

Stay was perfect no problems at all

The mattress was comfortable and the room clean. The staff were terrible, difficult to locate at both check in and check out. All entrance doors did not work. Breakfast was barely anything--muffins, coffee, and juice. No fruit, or eggs.

On check-in, front desk receptionist was very helpful! Room was on the humid side which made it uncomfortable to sleep. With the increase in price since I was there in 2025 I expected a more updated room and facility.

Hotel was under renovation, so extremely humid in the building. I would recommend that if it is under renovation, it should be disclosed during booking. Staff was friendly, check-in was easy. Thank you.

Dirty floors and too many people hanging around outside. Didn’t feel safe, atmosphere was giving very bad vibe.

Best Baymont we have stayed in during our trip. Very clean, great staff, very pleasant stay.

First room when I got into bed under the covers I got bit and was itching my stomach.pulled covers back and a bed bug was crawling. I took a pic.immediately went and told staff.second room scorching hot.I turned on the air to cool down the room. Dozed off.woke up couple hours later sweating .air was not working.immediately went to staff who came up and told me to five it time to cool down. I replied it had been hours. Rudely he said he'd call if there was another room. Never called.I went down stairs.got third room.it seemed clean and air was working. 9 am went and spoke to staff.told him the isssue exspressed I didn't get food sleep and would like to extend my stay and asked for a possible discount due to the trouble. He went office came back apologized saying her couldn't offer a discount also stating they were full and I could not extend my stay. While packing up opened a drawer and there was a alminum container the smelled horrid with left over food.. I we will never stay there again and wouldn't reccomend it. To m make matters worse I fell when coming in and my wallet was lost and I didn't pick it up and I went to find it it was unable to find. They refuse to look at the cameras and were unhelpful. Overall it was not a good experience in the baymont

Room had a musty smell the 21/2 days I was there.

Less than average Air conditioner was noisy

We had bedbugs and an odor coming from the bathroom. The same room was complained about earlier in the week and they still tried to house us in it, and then only gave us a refund for one day even after we didn’t check in and stay there at all 10 out of 10 would not recommend this hotel.

The facility was dated but clean.
