Location and cleanliness. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too!

King room but very tight. Very old towels, very thin. They told me I wasn't getting the points as booking.com gets all the points. If that is the case I will not be using booking.com again. StaffToo

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, check>in was kind of slow.

Upon check-in, the employee was sleeping at the front desk and seemed to be a bit out of it. Staff the next day were very freindly and accommodating.

It was clean, decor updated and appealing, staff was friendly and attentive, bed was very comfortable. One light in the bathroom wasn’t working, but the other was. We were four staying in our room and there were only three bath towels. These were very small things and quite nitpicky, not a big deal at all.

Carpet was wet and made the room smell musty. The one chair in the room made an obnoxiously loud squeaking noise every time you leaned back. Not enough towels or toilet paper - had to ask for more on day 2 of our stay. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

The keys did not work - and they had to redo them. The breakfast good (albeit free) was substandard. The hide-a- bed springs stuck into my back. Won’t stay here again. Disappointed.
