Embassy Suites Hotel Denver Tech Center

TERRIBLE SMELLING ROOMS! Dark, old, musty and awful. We switched rooms and the second one wasn’t much better. First time in four years I’ve had to check out of a hotel early because it smelled. I don’t know how this place has such good reviews, but go to the Homewood suites down the street. 10 times nicer, cleaner, brighter, and newer for the same price.

The staff was super nice, the room were very clean and the breakfast was very good.

Room AC did not blow cold , was running all the time but not cold

We loved the breakfast and the bed was so nice!

We were charged extra for parking 🙄 this is not told! I guess most all Hilton properties charge extra, Don't think that should be allowed, my opinion.

It wasn't clean. The bathtub and the sinks were clogged and breakfast of horrible. I will never come back.

Amazing breakfast with omelette station. Rooms are spacious and clean

or facilities clean. There is so much trash outside, in flower beds, along curbs. And inside they must only vacuum certain days. Room was clean and comfortable. A/C in room stayed tepid but had no desire to load up and move to another room. He said he would get maintenance to look but guess they didn't as was still not cool when we returned. Female desk clerk offered new room (nope) and then a box fan. That made the nights better. Breakfast was amazing. Cook to order omlets and more. Pool was nice and clean. They have lots of parking but then want to charge you for it. If it was in a secure garage maybe but was open to anyone to come into. Could be a very nice hotel if management would have staff clean a little better. Outside was really sad for this level of hotel.

Breakfast bar was really slow and they kept closing the breakfast area 5 minutes early.

This is my go to hotel and it never disappoints

I went to three floors and their ice machine was broken or did not provide ice. One ice machine room was very hot.

Parking on site used to be free now there i a few everyday. $20 aday if im correct. Also when I stated one elevator wasnt working so you had to wait for an elevator most of the time. Besides those two things I've always enjoyed my stay here.

Always smooth to check in. Such a nice atmosphere. Just need to fix that elevator. I've noticed it's been down for more than 6 months

Great stay

Surprised by $20/day parking. Maybe that's normal in CO. Breakfast was marvelous with very attentive staff and chef. The ambiance was comfortable, welcoming and pleasant.

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and nice. I truly enjoyed my stay. However, I booked a room with two beds and only got one. Not sure if it was a mix up between hotels.com and the property, but I didn’t get what I wanted. Despite this inconvenience, I had a great stay. Just wish I was able to try the breakfast. Missed it both days this weekend. Maybe next time.
