I went to three floors and their ice machine was broken or did not provide ice. One ice machine room was very hot.
-
Location for my purpose was great. Breakfast was good with lots of chocies, hot stuff was hot and cold stuff was cold. Paying for parking on top of the room charge.
-
Parking on site used to be free now there i a few everyday. $20 aday if im correct. Also when I stated one elevator wasnt working so you had to wait for an elevator most of the time. Besides those two things I've always enjoyed my stay here.
-
Always smooth to check in. Such a nice atmosphere. Just need to fix that elevator. I've noticed it's been down for more than 6 months

Great stay

Breakfast was good. LThe $20.00 we have to pay per night is ridiculous especially when you do not have cameras or a security guard on site. My vehicle was vandalized and broken into. Multiple vehicles were broken into the same night. I told by staff members and guests that this isn’t the first time for this location.
-
Breakfast had a lot of options. The drink tickets were cool but it was told at checkin 5-9pm however the tickets were only valid 5-7 which was not disclosed and I didn't get a chance to use them. The rooms are quite dated and could use a refresh. They were clean and comfortable
-
Surprised by $20/day parking. Maybe that's normal in CO. Breakfast was marvelous with very attentive staff and chef. The ambiance was comfortable, welcoming and pleasant.

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and nice. I truly enjoyed my stay. However, I booked a room with two beds and only got one. Not sure if it was a mix up between hotels.com and the property, but I didn’t get what I wanted. Despite this inconvenience, I had a great stay. Just wish I was able to try the breakfast. Missed it both days this weekend. Maybe next time.

Staff were very friendly. Asked for extra pillows on the 8th floor and they were there within 5 minutes! Nothing
-
The room was clean, a little outdated but we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent.
-
Rooms are dated, the fridge was unplugged for some reason but once I plugged it in again, it worked as it should. Overall a good stay. Would stay there again.
-
Solidly constructed to be quiet, superb staff, wonderful breakfast!

Great
-
As always when we stay in an Embassy Suites, the rooms are big and super clean. The staff are always helpful and quite to provide help if needed. We had an issue with our sink and the maintenance staff were working on the issue within 20 minutes. One of the biggest concerns to use was how safe the area was and we were very happy with the location and felt safe in the area. Would recommend this Embassy Suites to all travelers.

Breakfast
-
Although the property was dated, it was a comfortable stay. The breakfast omelette station is the JAM!
-
From the front desk clerk to the room, breakfast and the whole first floor area was wonderful.
-
The staff was very helpful at every opportunity. The room was tidied up everyday and the morning breakfast was always delicious. The only “weird” thing I experienced was the bathroom had no sink or vanity and it was in the bedroom and there were no towel holders near that sink so it was awkward. One day there was a bad egg smell in my room and the staff had it fixed quickly and it never reoccurred so it was fine.
-
Everything was great as usual. The breakfast however was not as good as usual.
