La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Tech Center

Fire alarm went off quite loudly; we all ventured outside. At no time did staff come out to tell us what was up. Two exit doors were locked causing some to go to another exit to get out. 30 minutes Fire dept arrived to shut off alarm. Annoying.

The property was not maintained, there are weeds everywhere and plants and grass overgrown. The trash cans were overflowing and the halls and pool area were dirty. They said breakfast was served until 10am but there was nothing left at 9am and they did not restock. Definitely needs to be updated. Rooms that face the highway are very loud.

The staff and rooms were great. The property is not well maintained on the exterior. That needs a little help!

Hotel is in need of updating and repairs. Significant noise from freeway located just behind hotel.

My room was spacious and very well. The front staff were great, as well and the breakfast server. The breakfast had a good amount of options and the pool was pretty nice, too.

Loved the location and the set up! Didn’t like all the pets there. The rooms were clean but animals change the vibe and odor a bit. Overall would stay again because pros outweighed any cons.

The room was nice and had been updated. The breakfast wasn’t anything special and the hot choices didn’t look appealing.

The hand soap dispenser was empty when we arrived and, unfortunately, it was never refilled during our stay. Housekeeping also came only once during the entire week. At breakfast, there were several mornings when some food items ran out, and guests had to wait quite a while for them to be replenished. It also seemed that there could have been more staff available during the busy breakfast hours to help keep everything stocked. Other than these points, everything else was good, and we enjoyed our stay. With a few improvements in housekeeping and breakfast service, the experience would be even better.

The cookies were delicious!! Breakfast was ok. Would run out of food towards the last hour. Did not like it when they would make new coffee when old coffee was in the pot instead of throwing out the old coffee. Ugh!!!

Check-in went very smoothly. Clerk was polite & quite efficient. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean. We faced the road which was very noisy with traffic noise all night. Breakfast was predictable but acceptable.

Check-in was excellent. Clerk pleasant & efficient. Room was clean & beds were comfortable. We overlooked the pool which was OK as it closed at 10pm. View was quite pleasant with gazebo & plantings. Breakfast was predictable but acceptable. We will stay here again on the trip back home.

Bathrooms could be cleaned better. The pool is perfect with plenty of patio seating.

We love the amazing double chocolate cookies when being welcomed , and the gorgeous pool area , for sure a great pit stop when out of town .

Love all features this hotel offers I have booked 3 times in the last 2 months, staff is friendly everything is clean breakfast is always yummy and the gym and outside area/pool is a major plus, the seating area outside is very beautiful and peaceful, pets welcome is also a positive. Will continue booking here when in town.
