Great customer service Cynthia was very good at checking me in great customer service and Amber is a great customer service too of the afternoon. I think that’s her name. Great clean.

It was perfect for our needs.

You get what you pay for. Room was decent, had some minor things needed to be changed. Pool was minimally maintained and an alarm was beeping for days without anyone fixing it. Safety was a concern, the seemingly from the hotel next door. Hotel itself could use some more care. Front desk was awesome and helpful, which was its only saving grace.

It was so noisy. The walls are so thin and you hear every sound. The first night, I had people who were drunk and then getting down very loud. The second night, the guy had the TV on all night. I called the desk the first night, but it didn’t help because the guy just phoned the room and they ignored it. They just need thicker walls, because it’s a very nice place.

Our room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and made us feel welcomed.

We had a great stay here for our night with our lil pup! Place was very clean and the breakfast selection was great as well! The bed was very very comfortable and we will definitely be planning to stay here again in our future Denver visits!

The room was clean and comfortable.

Simple but standard breakfast but clean rooms and decent showers. Pressure was a bit low and it takes a good while to warm up but would overall recommend on a budget.

Really good breakfast selection. Pool is working. Decent amount of TV channels. Staff is very friendly!
-
The hotel was clean but very dated and old. The bathroom door is a sliding door that was not straight so it didn’t close on the top all of the way. The shower was like a pod and the shower door did not close properly so water always leaked out on to floor. The bedding on one of the full size beds was clean but ripped with large holes in it. We paid for two queen beds and received two full beds. We arrived late and were only staying for two nights so I didn’t complain and just managed with the tight quarters.

Nice staff. Would stay there again. The breakfast room was packed and broiling hot. Grab food to go.
-
Staff was really nice all across the board! Breakfast was good. Clean. Bed was uncomfortable, I would suggest getting new pillows, and also change out the shower heads.
-
Breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was there midweek so noise wasn’t really an issue but I could see how it would get loud on weekends. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler.
