Walking into the “lobby” we were met with a fly strip hanging just inside the door, it was full. The manager who checked us in was a challenge. Later staff was better. Bathrooms are tiny, hallway smelled like mildew one day and peppermint the next. The rooms were ok, Ac worked great, nice TV-the room only came

The only thing provided was 2 small bars of soap....This is probably the first time staying somewhere where shampoo and conditioner and lotion bottles were not provided. No coffee pot or blow dryer in the room. The one time I don't bring one and it isn't in the room. I would not stay there again. While the staff was nice, this hotel seems more like a place people are staying long term and basically lived there. Always people sitting around outside smoking and some were pretty sketchy.

Great place
-
Not only did they refuse to give me back my deposit the room was filthy when I got in there
-
Smelt like dog urine in the hallway.

There was a man at 9:30p screaming across the hall from my room at what I thought was a person but it was his dog, and he didn't stop. It was horrible, and the staff was arguing with him, and I asked why don't you throw him out? Then the next morning very early 7a or so, a women in the parking lot was fighting with her boyfriend and causing a scene, also screaming at the top of her lungs and pounding on her car window at her boyfriend behind the driver's seat. I asked the staff why aren't you calling the police? She did, they came and I gave a report. I mentioned the more you call the police for help with problems, the less it will happen. She claimed the police don't care, and I did mention this to the police, and he said that just isn't true. I agreed with the policeman.

I booked this hotel thinking in the Greenwood Village area that it would be a decent hotel. It was the opposite. We arrive and the first thing that hits you is the odor of cigarette smoke in the halls and elevator. Also the smell of dog urine and feces in the hotel is very strong. Dogs barking constantly all night. You hear people yelling and screaming. First room we got, the floor was filthy, not swept or mopped. Socks turned brown instantly. Asked the staff if our floor could be swept and mopped. Came back that evening to find roaches on the wall. They moved us to a different room, lo and behold it was not swept or mopped either. Went to the staff, they offered me a broom and dustpan to sweep it myself. They never even mopped the floor. Bedding and towels have stains and hair when they bring new ones, We had to buy two air fresheners to help get the horrendous smell out. I mentioned the smell, never got a response. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else. It is very dirty, smells like cigarettes all night, cops even arrested the person next to our unit.

I booked a 1 bed room, but got a 2 bed room. There was a mobile container outside of my window. The room was kept nice a cool all night. And it was quite. So I had a good nights sleep.
-
The room was clean, except for the floors. It was very sticky, and we chose to wear sandals during our entire stay. I took a wet towel and wiped the floor, and was appalled by how brown the towel became.

Clean rooms, very nice location..

Amazing staff!
-
I can't believe how comfortable the beds are and the SHOWER PRESSURE brings me back whether I need a room or not!
-
When I got in the room, I instantly developed a headache from the entrance of the room being painted That day. The windows do not open, but you can crack them. This hotel is cheap because it caters to all of the geekers and tweakers hanging around the hotel. Other than that, the area is nice, and there are a lot of things in walking distance.

We checked into the room and room was good enough to sleep in. When we got back to the property after our evening plans, there was a naked lady just sitting on the floor in the hallway. We got to our room and there was a barking dog in the room next to us. There are multiple people living at this property and none of that was mentioned in the property description. We immediately checked out and went to another hotel.
