It started off by arriving and having multiple people in front of the office, just hanging out smoking. Not sure if they were friends, family, workers or just passers by. I kept saying it was just a place to sleep. But the last night while walking the 1st floor going to the elevator. BAM! A large animal dropping on the floor in the middle of the hallway. Thankfully this wasn't my floor. Not that it was much better. They may be in the middle of a buyout, takeover or renovation, but the place is disgusting and should not be rented to anyone until its ready. It seemed more like a ( VERY) extended stay. Definitely not where you want to stop for a trip of any kind. Save yourself time and stay in you car.

solid place to stay. rooms were nice

The reception staff were lovely and kind, I arrived late due to an airport delay but there was still no issue with checking in

The employees were very nice and informative. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were terrible. The room was very clean. Very sketchy place. Not at all what I expected. It looks like a lot of people actually live here. There was a guy spray painting his car in the parking lot. As soon as you walk in all you smell is chlorine. Much more than you should. Very loud and noisy.

Good price and location.

I knew a motel 6 wouldn’t be a Hilton but the pictures made it look nice then it was. The room smelled musky and felt run down. I think there were lots of people that lived there as well.

Worse hotel ever. The minute we walked into the room it smelled like cigarette smoke. There were people fighting in the hallway and screaming. The bed sheets were dirty and the pillow cases that were white were black. The towels in the bathroom had blood on them. Nothing about this place was clean at all. Truly horrible service. The place was disgusting, smelled, that I didn’t even stay at the hotel. I immediately left.

Great water pressure. It's an older property but there's a decent amount of things around to walk to.

Place is a cheap overnight in a generally expensive area. The hallway on the fifth floor on August 6 was very noisy at night until 10. Lots of people walking around making noise on the phone etc. lots of people loitering outside the place. Unseemly, especially for women. Front desk staff was excellent allowing me to check in early and tending to a request for more towels. They were very nice!

The location is excellent - walking distance to a bus stop that is 3 stops from the metro station, a convenience store and a number of eateries. Although it is close to a major highway, with windows close, you don't hear it at all. The floors in the rooms are vinyl, not carpet, which helps with overall cleanliness look and feel. New furniture and paint, granite counter for the sinks, clean bathtubs. Reception staff is very helpful and friendly. Most importantly - the price. Compared to every other option in the vicinity, I could take uber to downtown ($30 one way) and still save money. The floor in the corridor is carpet, so you can see and smell old stains. The garbage bins near the elevators stink in the morning so bad, I rushed to take the stairs. Internet in the evening is very slow, I had to use data to be on a video call. The bathtub walls are older. They are clean and maintained, without mold, but look old and sad. Also, the bathroom doors must have expanded over the years of moisture exposure, so they don't fit, hence the bathroom is never 100% close, which might be an issue if you travel with a company. Also, there are no toiletries except a soap bar. There are no kettles in the rooms - you have to go down to reception in the morning to get hot water and a tea bag or coffee. The thermoses with plain hot water have been used for coffee before and the water's color and taste are tainted - tea drinkers will understand. Some of guests looked intimidating, but they were harmless or even friendly. The swimming pool is much smaller than in the pictures, fenced off from the parking lot for some privacy, but wasn't inviting enough for me to try it out. It looked clean, though.

Not much. Guests smoking inside. Rude staff and unclean conditions. The staff were rude and unhelpful. No refund five.

Not a bad stay at all. Our room was clean and smelled fine. A bit of homeless around but they don’t bug you. Car was safe since we’re traveling with all of our belongings. We had cats with us and had no issue, good stay for just stoping on a road trip

It was peaceful and clean staff was very helpful hotel was clean

This hotel has made a lot of improvements since I last stayed here earlier this year. The WiFi works. There are fewer dogs barking all night and fewer loud fights between guests. The entire property has been cleaned up and organized. The staff is more helpful and friendly. And the housekeepers are more diligent about cleaning. Prices have gone up accordingly, but are still competitive. Hard to beat this property for value in Denver!

The staff was incredibly supportive and compassionate. I appreciated this because my Mom was in the hospital in Denver. The bathroom needed a door.
