Wasn’t bad for what I needed coffee was awful but lots of place around the hotel which was convent

Nothing the staff was rude. Didn’t know how to do. The job. A man walked in my room had access to a key to my room. who’s my wife into the room my six month old was then the owner tells the front desk lady in the morning that we’re no longer welcome here because we made a complaint How rude the staff was there was no TV that worked in there. They moved me rooms in the morning and put me in a room that was still dirty. Then she gives me another room, but you get the wrong key card and then blames me for having the key card that she just made me. It was a horrible day made my life very uncomfortable. When I had let them know, they made a big deal about it like it was something that we did wrong for letting them know about this man being in our room and have an access to our room.

Nothing the place is disgusting

The hotel was clean and rooms were in decent shape. The lobby and hallways reaked of cigarettes and Marijuana. There were homeless people sitting on the sidewalk at the doors everyday. The towels are too small to even go around your body and are somehow non absorbing. The beds are super lumpy and pillows are a hard piece of foam. If you want cheap and clean room this will work but don't expect much.

I like the room and price. I love the location. It's kinda dinky here: tiny lobby, 2 out of the three vending machines were broken and its kinda dirty in the halls and parking lot. Washing and drying machines were expensive to use too.

Amazing and comfortable stay

My uber driver told me the police are at this hotel all the time. If you are looking for a cheap, seedy place to do things- this is your hotel. Otherwise, you really need to look elsewhere.

The location of great and in a decent area. The beds could be a little more comfortable.

Disappointing

Great location close to food, the venue i was going to a concert at and gas stations. Easy fast check in. Friendly staff. Saw a few pieces of trash people left in the hallway that were not picked up during my stay. Otherwise no complaints

Unfortunately we should have known at check-in that this was not going to be a suitable hotel for a weekend wedding in Denver when the sign at the front desk says that if there are any issues with the cleanliness or pet friendliness of the hotel they would issue a full refund. We went to the room and were absolutely disgusted by the dirty beds, the floor covered in dirt and hair and the toilet in the bathroom not even being flushed - the room smelled like someone had just recently used the bathroom in there, it was absolutely horrible. We went to the front desk and requested a full refund and booked another room at 2am. I am still waiting for my refund and will be contacting my bank if it is not received. A cost effective stay should not sacrifice basic cleanliness and decency.
