No, even the breakfast for both days was better than your traditional hotel.

Its okay. The room is clean and comfortable, but the towels are small. There is plenty of free parking in the back, but the back door is broken to open from the outside which is annoying. So its okay, the upsides and downsides balance out.

I booked this stay on Hotels.com. When we arrived in Denver, it stated on the website this hotel was permanently closed. Panic set in immediately. We did not receive an email or text of any kind that the hotel had actually changed names and had been sold just 3 days prior to our arrival. We got it all straightened out with the confirmation number but had to show email with confirmation number and that it was paid in full. The breakfast was the same every single morning. A little variety would have been nice. Asked for TP and a hair dryer, never received the hair dryer, stole TP off one of the carts in the hallway. Had to get new room keys twice as they quit working.

Been here before and it wasn’t bad but after this time I won’t be back.

The hotel has gone through a renovation but to me it’s not better. I also booked with this hotel for the smart television options with YouTube, Netfix etc. and they don’t offer that anymore. Honestly, a decent hotel but it’s not the same

No excuses of why it’s dirty

My room was nice, and the staff were nice as always. The halls, and lobby area smelled like poop. The elevator was filthy.

I. Did nit eat any breakfast.

Under construction with no disclosure. Wrong room given. No hot water at all. No one would assist us. Call their customer service and they got them to let us use another shower after telling us none were available. Management on leave and no way to assist. Maintenance was not available due to not being on shift. Was not able to cancel after 24 hours of booking. Nothing!

This property is in the middle of an update so things were a little “rough “. There are not a lot of amenities yet and those that they have are okay. The breakfast had no hot items just cereal, muffins, and bagels. My biggest concern was the lack of hot water and a tv that for the first 24 hours had no working remote.

Motel is in remodel, i understand that. On the 5th floor so didnt hear much. But the hot water took about 30 mins to get hot enough for a shower. Talked to 3 different people at desk, finally got one to come up and they just said let the sink and shower at same time, should get hot water faster then 30 mins, did not:( The crew remodeling the motel, rude. The motel 6 next door, drug motel. Watched people park in the back of our motel, walk over to motel 6, be there for about 30 mins the leave. Then watched as they got busted at the convenience store in front of the motel. Maids dont speak english, so couldnt even ask for a garbage sack. Very poor customer service all around. Only good interaction i had was when we first checked in, went downhill after that. Very disappointed with the stay.

Stayed here in Oct and it was great. This time not so much. Nothing on website about it being renovated. No hot water 1st two days until I complained. Breakfast used to be much bigger. On day 5 I asked about housekeeping. Only because I had to ask for towels twice prior to that. I was told at the desk I needed to ask for housekeeping. Generally after the 3rd day at other hotels, you get service. Not here. Also I had no tv service for 2 days. I was told the maintenance guy would look at it. No dice. I figured out the issue myself. Not to mention my room, which seemed to already be renovated, still had the TV sitting on a table below the height of the bed( which made it difficult to watch) even though there was a mount on the wall. Oh..and the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. Which also didn’t work last year either. 6 months later and still broke. Kind of a pain to always have to go to another floor to get ice. The hotel suited our needs for the most part, which was a bed. The rest of it was nothing to write home about. I’ll probably bypass this hotel in the future as we travel to the Denver area several times a year.

Absolutely nothing. The staff was horribly rude and made up a lie about me tampering with the smoke detectors, I don’t even smoke! Completely ridiculous because they are using this as an excuse to withhold my refund. I only stayed March 28th 3pm-11pm and checked out when I left, they are saying I am not eligible for a refund for the other nights due to complete lies. I will need to contact a lawyer about this and see how I can move forward as booking.com hasn’t issued me a refund either.

Very good

The bed was comfy! The breakfast was simple and basic. There was a smell on the first floor of sewage but it didn’t reach to my room on the 4th floor. The room upgrades were nice and I love the shower!

No way to contact, staff was always on the phone

Check in did not go smoothly. The staff needs to be trained how to handle reservation issues in the computer system.

Nothing Heavy Construction, noise, dust

The breakfast was terrible (watered down orange juice and few choices). The construction was loud and started before the advertised time.

Checkin was quick and smooth. Staff was very personable, very polite. They gave us a break on the Pet Deposit which was way cool. The building had some major construction going on thru out, but didn't affect our stay. The room we stayed in was clean and well stocked with soap, shampoo and body lotion. Overall was a good (convenient) place to stay.
