Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, and everything was clean enough, but a bunch of switch plate covers were loose, the bathtub trim was falling off, the toilet paper holder was broken and glued back crooked, the sink was loose, also looked glued on verses properly fitted, and the pool was missing a bunch of tiles. They need to hire a full time handyman, or a better one if they already have one, and fully fund a lot of minor repairs. I doubt the place would pass an inspection

Bathroom were not clean or sheets of the bed

The rooms were clean to an extent. Stains on the couch, lamp shades, sheets and floor. Paint peeling and small dents in the wall. Beds had a big sunken in area where you could tell someone constantly slept. Also, they’re twins and not queens as far as what we got. The bathroom was the worst. They had recaulked fairly soon, but it was all brown and so gross behind it. On the floor by the toilet was just gross like they don’t do a good job scrubbing to actually clean it. Areas where the wall by the tub has water damage and is starting to cause damage. The AC unit in the bedroom area only blew out from half of the vent. So it took a bit to cool. The pool area isn’t bad, but the floors really need scrubbed and the pools/hot tub could be maintained better. I understand it’s a budget hotel, but they could honestly try harder.

6 am breakfast always cold. Front desk staff laying on couch watching video on his phone, i had one from desk he didn't care that i was having issues. Mgmt didn't care, ground floor evaluator has a communication red light flashing, the metal security door on ground level is bent and non functional. The window lock I my room was broken, so people could smoke cigarettes and pot. I could smell it everyday when i retur ec to my room. The smoker detector was hanging out of the wall by a few wires. Spend the extra money and select another hotel if this is not the quality that you are accustomed too and I am not. If you need a cheap place for what ever the reason ok. Be aware this manager owns the other hotel close by. I will never stay here again. Do yourself and stay away,or you will be writing reviews like mine. Unless you are just there for a one nighter if you know what I mean.

I reserved a pet friendly room. When I check ed in I wasn’t told that it hadn’t been cleaned after the last four or five dogs. Not only dog hair but poop on the bath room walls. I was reassured that it would be cleaned again. The maid must live in a barn. She only spoke Spanish. It was no better after she finished the recleaning. I have before and after pictures. The trash was never emptied or towels restocked all the time we were there, three days. The add stated kitchenett. It had a mini fridge and microwave. No sink or dishwasher. The waffle maker was empty half the time we were there.

We checked into our second-floor rooms and experienced several issues. One of the queenbeds was crooked, and the toilet would not flushproperly, causing waste to back up. The room was also missing basic amenities, including shampoo, body wash, soap, and toilet paper. Our rooms were then changed, but the replacement rooms had a strong smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke, making them uncomfortable to stay in. We were moved again to rooms on the fourthfloor. One room was acceptable, but the other had drainage problems in both the toiletand the shower. We adjusted as best we could by avoiding the shower and using the public restroom near the reception instead. Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the repeated room changes, poor room conditions, and lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance.

Needs to be fixed up.

Overall ok experience. Good pool, hot tub, guest room and breakfast. The gym is an absolute joke - broken equipment and SUPER hot in the room. Beds are meh but the rooms are clean and quiet. Bathroom was outdated and sink and tub were both plugged (staff did fix that quickly). Overall good value for the money and I would stay again - I guess after they upgraded their gym.

I had high hopes for this hotel, based off previous reviews and photos, but this place is GROSS. The room was dirty, finger prints all over the windows, tables, appliances, etc. There were also stains on the bedding and pillow cases. The couch in the suite has also seen better days and the room reeked of smoke and just overall had a stank smell. I think it’s been years since the place had a good cleaning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The 4th floor smelled like Raid.

There was some white powder stuff in the heaters and the walls were dirty I know that they don’t get cleaned like that but fingerprints and that should be the bathroom was bad I didn’t even lshower there

I was traveling with grand-kids and needed a place for one night. The staff was friendly and very helpful in answering questions and supplying us with extra towels for the pool. The indoor pool was a clean and with a wading pool, regular pool and hot tub. The water was cold but after a day of traveling a welcomed activity. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a great selection. I would definitely stay here again.

Unsavory people and business going on in the side parking lot. The smell of weed in the lower floor hall so thick you could taste it. The room smelled of pet urine. The guy working the front desk reeked of cigarettes, gave off unsavory vibes with his rotted teeth and silver nail polish. I had booked 2 rooms for 6 nights. We had our daughter’s family with us, and had to walk out with no idea if we’d find another hotel with vacancy fore it was late in the evening (10:30ish PM). We had driven 13 hours to get to this destination and was so disappointed. Never would I had expected any of these conditions in this top name hotel. La Quenta has always been our first choice in hotels but now it’s been soiled. I spoke with the manager the next morning and was terribly disappointed. I was out about $240.00 cause the night guy didn’t check us out. There is more to this story….. that manager was unprofessional and should be fired. I will never forget this experience. So so sad.

Room was clean, amenities are nice and staff was helpful and friendly

We found live bed bugs and rotten food in our room. They would not give a refund only offered a discount for another stay. Would not stay there again.

Clean room and comfortable beds.

The pool and hot tub were grows and had dead bugs and hair flooring in them.

I could not get the WiFi to work properly. Very poor WiFi.
