Convenient to Fiddlers!!! Easy location to access, nice facility! Missed breakfast but looked like a typical spread :) Clean ands cozy! Would def stay again!!!

Location 208$ for a dirty, landlord special room. Ripped carpet, dirty walls, holes in doors, fridge that sounded like a train, warped vanities, splatter drips on the walls, faucets and shower heads with caulking coming away from the walls. The front door lock had the screws coming out. Housekeeping tried to come in before we checked out. I wasn't told there was a $10 fee to park, at the hotel, that I paid $208 for, where did they expect us to park? Across the street? I paid for the room ahead of time and STILL had to pay a $150 "incidental fee" and it still hasn't been refunded to my card when they stated it would be refunded at checkout. We left the room cleaner then we received it.

Not good: security light right outside of sliding glass door had to be covered to keep the room dark without depending on blackout shade to completely block the view Workout room too small to do floor exercises, very crowded with only one other guest

The staff did a good job working on a refund when our room was not available and offered us options. Our room’s AC was barely working. We did not eat breakfast so no comment on that. Both times we’ve checked in on concert nights and the rooms were either not ready or an issue. Other than this perfectly fine for a one night stay and concert.

Tina at the front desk was amazing. She was very friendly and was able to get us checked in right away. Really appreciate the fantastic customer service.

The hotel has become dated and is looking its age. The stay was fine, the staff are super nice and we slept good after a concert. Will be staying here again.

We loved our 3 night stay. We were there for a concert at Fiddler's Green Amphitheater. There is no better place to stay if you're seeing a concert there. Easy walk. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. The place was quiet and safe. The truth is, this is not the newest place and there are some things that could use updated. However, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. I was sad to leave and would definitely stay there again.
