Great stay
-
The suite we booked was perfect for a weekend getaway. Had plenty of space and the room was well maintained. The bed was super comfortable too

This hotel is experiencing significant deferred maintenance issues. Multiple floors leaking with trash cans to catch water. Had to change rooms, ac not working. Conveniently close to Fiddlers Green but not my top pick.

This property is now housing homeless people. I’ve stayed here many times and have had exceptional stays, but I think that this should be something that is told to potential renters of rooms as I was not expecting to be immersed into scenes that felt like I was in a movie. And not a movie glorifying my stay. If I would’ve been made aware that they had started this policy, I would’ve stayed somewhere else and not had to have given a subpar evaluation.

Good stay

Although I did not enjoy my stay at all due to the broken air conditioning, 88° all night, the assistant manager the next day was great, the young men checking us in were very pleasant, the hotel is extremely clean and had great amenities, and probably the best place to stay if you're seeing a show at fiddler's green.

Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub are closed indefinitly. Check in staff was great but the overnight lady, Octavia was not friendly. Skew gave me attitude and made me feel like i was not welcome. I will be emailing the GM about her behavior. It's unacceptable to treat the guest the way she treated me. Also the air conditioning in my room didn't work. There was soaking wet floor in the hallway.

For the price it was great. But the hotel was a little run down. There was a wet dog smell in the hallway. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. The breakfast was great and the staff was nice and helpful.

Excellent location and breakfast.

this place was awful

Clean room

staff helpful and pleasant. Huge room

I went there because of the pool. But I went to check it out. The pool was empty under construction and closed indefinitely. It looks like the hotel owner did the absolute minimum to keep the place clean and functional. There were so many little torn worn places in the hotel that a little Loving car would’ve gone a long way. There is virtually a brand new Springhill Marriott suites across the street. I checked it out. It was a lot nicer and I will definitely check that out next time. You would think that with competition across the street you might want to do a better job of keeping your house clean.

Very nice hotel for the price point. Clean, fresh baked cookies and popcorn on entry like DoubleTree. Nice clean, quiet room - no issues at all! My new go to stay when visiting Denver.
-
Good room for the price. Breakfast was typical but good.
-
The gym equipment doesn’t work. There is no water in the pool. It is under maintenance indefinitely. The elevator creeks. The only thing that was okay was the room, which had working ac. All the other amenities were broken or out of order.

the staff was very nice and the breakfast was hot and good.

This was a last minute reservation, but we are glad we made it. The first room we went to had A/C issues. We let Christian (the fella that checked us in ) know that the room was not cooling any. He happily came upstairs to see if he could adjust it's system somehow to get it cooler. It did not work. When my husband went to let him know this he already had keys ready for another room...a bigger room. That room's A/C worked well enough. Christian was very personable, super helpful and truly nice. We were so impressed with his customer service that we surprised him and brought him back a sweet treat from Estes Park! The room was very clean with nice amenities and a good breakfast. The hotel area and parking lot felt really safe. The lobby always had treats and coffees and teas. Just a pretty fantastic place to stay!

Clean room, decent location, well worth the money- funky parking lot, sort of a round about way to get in, but would stay here again!
-
Excellent clean room, staff and breakfast. Wi-Fi was a split second slower than at home (how picky is that?).
