Staff was good, but the property could use a refresh. Peeling wallpaper and an ac unit that took staff intervention to stop spouting hot air. The breakfast was ok, but the “fresh fruit” wasn’t.

Room was great and breakfast was nice too. However if you don’t have a car and want to go anywhere in Denver, be ready for long commutes as the property is quite a ways from major city destinations. They are easy to access though.

Great location for a concert at Fiddler’s Green. The bed was super comfy and the staff was nice. Easy parking and a decent hotel breakfast. Seemed cleaner than most hotels of this level.

Very convenient if you're walking to Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre. Staff was ok. Rooms are dated.

Some of the staff members seemed uninterested in communicating. The pool is also out of order and there is no indication of that on the booking. The water was also turned off from 10 AM to 5 PM on one of the days we were there so we couldn’t really spend any time in the hotel on that day either. The breakfast is pretty good though.

When we first checked into our room, it was 89 degrees inside. We immediately turned the air conditioning on and then left for a show. When we returned several hours later, the room was still nearly 90 degrees and unbearably hot. A gentleman from the front desk came upstairs and told us there was an issue with the ducting that needed to be adjusted. He made the adjustment and told us the room should cool down within about 30 minutes. We waited an hour, and there was virtually no improvement. At that point, I went back downstairs and explained that I simply could not sleep in a room that hot and asked if we could be moved. I was initially told there were no other rooms available, but shortly afterward, he came back and said there actually was another room he could move us to. The second room appeared to be an upgraded or remodeled room, possibly a suite. The bathroom and shower were beautiful, and the room had a refrigerator, sink, and some nice updates. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was honestly shocking. The couch was covered in visible stains. After taking a shower, a little water had splashed onto the bathroom floor, so I used a towel to wipe it up. The towel came up black from the floor. I was also wearing white socks while walking around the room, and the bottoms became so filthy they looked like I had been walking outside in dirt. The carpet and floors were simply not clean.

Check in was easy. Hotel very close to Fiddlers Green so easy 7 minute walk to get to the concert. Breakfast was good nothing too special. Room comfortable though a bit dated. All in all good value for the money

Great stay! Perfect if you are going to a show at Fiddlers!

The walls were thin so we could hear everyone around us, and although the AC worked well initially, it seemed to be controlled remotely at night, leaving the room uncomfortable and forcing us to constantly adjust it. Several pieces of furniture were broken, including the desk chair and bedside lamp, which felt unsafe to use. The television offered only basic cable with poor internet connectivity and no movie channels, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, at 7:30 a.m. the fire alarms went off throughout the hotel, waking everyone up. When I called the front desk, they tried to dismiss by telling me that what I was hearing was a truck backing up, then when I argued because it was clearly the fire alarm, they claimed someone burnt toast, but the alarms continued for 20 more minutes, and we could hear them in other rooms, the hall etc. Overall, the stay was overpriced, uncomfortable, and frustrating. We will NOT be returning.

Hotel is decent. Hotel room was clean. Toilets flush a little aggressively, you can hear nearby toilets flushing. Forgot my room key in the room, went to the front desk and asked for new one. I was asked my room number and handed a key. Thought it was odd they didn't ask for my ID to verify my room number. Conveniently located to Fiddler's Green which was great. Food and shopping nearby, some within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if going to an even at Fiddler's.

Did not seem like a 3 star hotel…very dated

Ridiculously hot in our room, ran the AC all night and it was still 76+ in the morning. Uncomfortable stay.
