The guy at the front desk was wonderful. But the bathtub stopper didn’t work. The ceiling bathroom leaked. The restaurant burger I waited forever for and no one else was there was rare so red. There’s no food vending machines the snacks were just chips and candy

Carpet is filthy. Hotel is very old, it really needs a major make over. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care about the filthy condition when someone commented to them.

The hotel is old and has a funky smell in the hallways, elevators smelled like weed. The room looked clean, there was some dust in the bathroom and a weird stain in the shower and some stains on the carpet, also smelled weird. The AC unit in the room was powerful but very loud. We had to get our keycard reprogrammed about 5 times, every time we came back to the room the keycard didn't work. Staff was helpful. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay, but it'll do the job for a night.

Close to I-25 so getting downtown was relatively easy. Traffic heaviest after 3 pm. Hotel was excellent but I advised the front desk that bigger signage on the street was needed. I missed the turn off twice.

Quick trip, we were there overnight, everything went well. 8:30 pm to 9 am
