The staff was super friendly!

When we first checked in there was no water cause they had a leak. Only lasted a couple of hours. The room was clean nice place to stay for a week. We had breakfast every morning with a nice variety of choices... Monday thru Wednesday they had a social event which was very nice to have. We had a few free beers and sides for our dinners..The kitchen was a great help to us being able to cook some dinners and not always going out. They had a grill so we could grill also. We loved the pool and jacuzzi... we had to do laundry a couple of times and it was a nice surprise the machines were free... the elevator did break down for a couple of days which sucked after long days at the water park and Rockies game. But we would definitely stay again. The pros outweighed the cons.

Very clean room. Pool and hot tub were amazing. They had happy hr Mon-Wed from 5:30-7pm with free beer, wine and food. Mon was a potatoe bar, Tuesday was a Mac-n-cheese bar and Wednesday was a taco bar. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in the area.

Try a different place.

Our checkIn was a hour and a half late. With kids. Our water was shut off without any notice! We had no towels besides 4 in the room originally they said due to water being off they couldn't be washed at that moment. And couldn't give me any answers. The elevators had signs out of order but still were operating(we used the stairs) Iv never had problems with IHG hotels. This one is terrible and I will never stay here again!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lighting in the room could have been better. There was no rack to hang towels in the bathroom area. The apple juice at the complementary breakfast was watered down.

We stayed in town for a week and having the pool and barbecue was a nice feature. The only bad thing I would say about the property is it is a little older and kind of dated. Really enjoyed the complementary breakfast and happy hours Free drinks) Monday through Wednesday.

The property is located in a perfect location. The hallways can be attended to more and cleaner And the floors mopped. Staff was amazing!!! Social hour was great.

The only downside is the parking. The parking lot is too small and the parking spots are too small.

Great breakfast, clean beds The floors in the rooms were very very dirty. My kids were getting dirty from being on the carpets and they were sticky. The hallways smelled really bad.

We survived until we could leave This hotel was absolutely disgusting. We have stayed at many Staybridge’s before so we thought this would be like them & boy were we wrong! This was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. It smelled awful like cigarettes and cheap air freshener, there were bugs in our bed, disgusting random hairs in the bed sheets & all over the shower, everything was super sticky, and you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS! It was absolutely rundown and beyond needing a remodel. Everything was old and crumbling. The staff was awful, unhelpful & downright rude. We couldn’t wait to leave & I feel like I needed the longest shower of my life to get the ick off of me from being there! The door to our suite was broken so you couldn’t even use the door. The furniture was ripped & the entire room had layers of grime. There was some awful banging sound in our room as well, I assume it was old pipes so that was fun to listen to all night long. I wouldn’t let my pet fish stay here it’s that bad. Avoid at all costs, sleep in your car before you submit yourself to this misery!

Breakfast was included. I want to start off positive. It was an easy way to find your way around but that’s where the positive stuff ends. We entered our room did a quick walkthrough and with my first 5 steps of our room the floor was sticky. The rest of the room was carpeted and I couldn’t see anything negative. But within walking into the bathroom I saw hair left in the shower. The whole felt like it need more attention. And I deeper clean. I mean we walked through the property and it the outside of some doors looked like a crime scene of white mess. Top with finding stained white towels. The WiFi not really being easy to access. I just think for staying only 2 nights it wasn’t the best.

There is black mold in the shower as well as the pink build up residue moldy stuff along where the caulking is. The hallways were stuffy like theres no air circulation or something but the breakfast bar was cool kitchen staff was on it!

The smell in hallways was horrible everyday. Our room had trash under beds hair in sink and tub. Spider in tub 2 different days. A clothing sticker stuck on the wall wonder how long it's been there?

Second time in a row that I paid extra to book a KING suite, and was offered a queen suite. The first time, the property was gracious enough to cancel the reservation so we could get proper accommodations elsewhere. This second time we arrived at 2:30 AM. We had to deal with the under delivery of room accommodations. The coffee was cold, and the gravy for the biscuits was never warmed up.

Place was a mess. They say they’re under construction but we did not see any work being done the entire week we were there! Very old amenities. Housekeeping missed our room 2 times in 1 week. 3 times housekeeping left cleaning equipment in our room. Furniture is from the 90’s. Very poor hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!
