Location and pricing The hotel is in Englewood, CO on Geddes Av. When we arrived, they did not have our confirmed room available. They said it had been vandalized and the windows were broken. I had to call booking.com just to have them reassign another room (so sorry, should have left right then!! The bathroom had a fist mark in the door, the walls had brown stains or blood, not sure, and odor was akin to sewer and electrical burning. I asked for bleach and disinfectant, they said they didn't have any. WHAT! The kitchen appliances were dirty and burnt. No Utensils, plates glasses or flatware. The people above us had children that were constantly jumping from the bed to the floor up until the wee hours if the morning. The sheets were so thin you could see the design in the mattress, no bed pad. Then I saw roaches, EEK! I called booking.com to ask then to transfer my reservations to another hotel. They advised they don't do that and it was too late for a refund. We stayed while I desperately searched for another hotel. The next day I work up with bite marks on my arms and legs. I took pictures. This place should be condemned!! Do not stay here!! Outside is dirt, rundown and there is no grass, just weeds

Unfortunately it was a really bad experience. Arrived and got my room and a bunch of people were outside it looked like doing drugs or something. Went in the room which smelled like cigarette smoke even though it's a non smoking room. The room had several burn marks in the bathroom and living area, as well as pink stained paint all over the sink and tub and walls. Just ignored and got ready to lay down. After moving my pillows around saw some tiny bugs and unfortunately determined they were bed bugs. Scraped a few into a cup to show the front office. They agreed to move me into a different unit in a completely different building. The new unit was cleaner and thankfully no bed bugs but the floor wasn't completely nailed down in certain spots so you would almost trip on the floor if you forgot where the floor was uneven. Finally put a towel over it so I would remember it was there. This room also was non smoking but also smelled like old cigarettes. Thank goodness I was only there two nights. I definitely wouldn't stay again.

The sink had food left over from a prior occupant. The drapes were falling off the rods, the hall and wallets were filthy. The tub had patches in the wall. I have stayed in beautiful extended stays in the past and the area was full of nice hotels. The person who checked me in spoke little English. This was not a great place to sleep.

They allow you to book a room just to show up and they are closed with a paper note on the door. Call the number your reservation doesn't exist and they have no rooms. Naturally it's not refundable, so this was a very irritating experience late at night.

Place was disgusting and the staff was only helpful to a very little extent. The window was poorly put together and shattered with my daughters in the room. A piece of plywood was placed over it that doesn’t cover the entire window with no real repair. The door was broken and had to constantly try to put the key in to open it, it eventually didn’t open at all to where we had to go to the front desk constantly for assistance. Begged for days for simple appliances for the kitchen. Didn’t receive not nearly everything it claimed to have. When housekeeping came they barely did anything, didn’t replace linens or towels. Closet shelf fell in the middle of the night with only towels sitting on it, poorly put together. I guess they swept..which I do myself the day before. Damage all through the room. The burners on the stove do little to no work. Big burner didn’t work at all. Had to buy my own appliances to get through. Hours changed out of nowhere so the front desk was closed at different times. It was a disaster completely from start to finish.

This place is HORRIBLE, steer clear. Gross and WAY too many problems, keys don’t work and they’re very unresponsive and unhelpful.
