Nice, clean rooms

Very clean room and easy check-in and check-out

I like the room. It’s very clean and well maintained. New experience the room has a work out equipments. Shower is cool too

Desk staff was most unhelpful. After riding through 100 degree temps. and forest fire smoke, the staff would not let us park our motorcycles at the front door, as most do. Instead, we lugged our bags and gear across the hot parking lot and had to thread our way past carloads of air conditioned lazy people parked, you guessed it, right in front of the front door. Each time we had to get some way overpriced, not fresh food from the "24/7 convenience" place, there was no one to take our payment so we had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to return to the desk. Will not be back.

Easy check in. Clean room. Very accessible to I25 and the Tech Center. Will stay here again.

Did not have breakfast. Area was nice Cleanliness. Lobby woman’s bathroom was filthy. The room smelled like food. And the lobby in the morning was being mopped with what smelled like a dirty mop. Also I called the front desk about 12 times during the night with no answer. I tried the room phone and my cellphone with no luck, the entrance doors/area were dirty when we arrived and when we left. All this discouraged me from grabbing breakfast there.

Always a great place to stay. It's my go to location when I visit Denver

customer service (at checkin) was not very accommodating.... went into room and found bathroom door would not close. went back down to switch rooms (before unpacking). there were people in line so she (customer service) told us to go to end of line. WHY?? we wanted to get to a functional room ASAP and we were not fully set yet. she should have addressed our issue right away instead of waiting for the new customers to check in (and telling us it would be disrespectful to them!). when she did get to us she said we should go back up and get our luggage and come back down and she'll address our problem. we said we weren't going to get our luggage and lug back down. she got us a room on another floor which we took (wife waited on the floor we finally got key for). we complained to supervisor upon our checkout who was respectful and agreed with our comments. she was going to try to credit our IHG account (with points) but unable since was booked through hotels.com couldn't.

This was not a great stay, the room has some workout equipment in it and smelled like a locker room, had to use dryer sheets in the AC for a fresh smell. Didn’t work. We stayed 6 days and they never cleaned it. They would be cleaning rooms at 6pm, we were out all day and tired so that wouldn’t work. We paid extra for breakfast and what a rip off. Eat at LeLe food truck outside was way better. We paid too much for not a great experience

Customer service was terrible; they wouldn't let us check in 5 minutes early and made us wait. Our room had a smell to it and staff didn't seem to care. No coffee cups and when I asked for 1 they chose to help someone else before they helped me. Safe to say I will not be staying there again.

Very good location. Nice room, very nice staff and overall really good stay. Only about 30 mins from DT.
