EVEN Hotel Denver Tech Center-Englewood by IHG

customer service (at checkin) was not very accommodating.... went into room and found bathroom door would not close. went back down to switch rooms (before unpacking). there were people in line so she (customer service) told us to go to end of line. WHY?? we wanted to get to a functional room ASAP and we were not fully set yet. she should have addressed our issue right away instead of waiting for the new customers to check in (and telling us it would be disrespectful to them!). when she did get to us she said we should go back up and get our luggage and come back down and she'll address our problem. we said we weren't going to get our luggage and lug back down. she got us a room on another floor which we took (wife waited on the floor we finally got key for). we complained to supervisor upon our checkout who was respectful and agreed with our comments. she was going to try to credit our IHG account (with points) but unable since was booked through hotels.com couldn't.

This was not a great stay, the room has some workout equipment in it and smelled like a locker room, had to use dryer sheets in the AC for a fresh smell. Didn’t work. We stayed 6 days and they never cleaned it. They would be cleaning rooms at 6pm, we were out all day and tired so that wouldn’t work. We paid extra for breakfast and what a rip off. Eat at LeLe food truck outside was way better. We paid too much for not a great experience

Customer service was terrible; they wouldn't let us check in 5 minutes early and made us wait. Our room had a smell to it and staff didn't seem to care. No coffee cups and when I asked for 1 they chose to help someone else before they helped me. Safe to say I will not be staying there again.

Very nice property and room!

Very good location. Nice room, very nice staff and overall really good stay. Only about 30 mins from DT.

Unfortunately, the checkout experience was the opposite. The next morning, I went to the front desk to check out, and there was a woman in the office. She could clearly see me, and I could see her, but she never acknowledged me or let me know she'd be with me in a moment. It felt awkward standing there without any communication, so I ended up leaving my key cards in the drop box and leaving. The stay itself was great, but a simple acknowledgment at checkout would have made the experience much better.

Average to above average stay

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. The only thing that I didn't like was there was no breakfast or dinner served at the hotel as they didn't have the staff to do so

I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. There is not a microwave in the room. There is workout equipment that is not all there. Room service didn’t come for two days and the one day they did, it looked awful. When I arrived in the room, it was quite dirty. At the end, I asked for my receipt and coincidentally the printer was down so I was unable to get it. I wrote down my email address and it was claimed that my receipt would be emailed and I have yet to get it another customer had their window smashed out. I will say I was greeted by staff every time I came in.

Everything was clean Nothing

I booked this last minute because I could not find a campsite. Oh my goodness what a blessing. Huge very soft king bed. The best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel. Ac was quiet and very effective. Blackout curtains are awesome. Would stay here again without a second thought. And if you’re lucky enough to catch the taco truck in the parking lot. Those are fantastic too

The only area that could use some improvement was the front desk service. There were several occasions when we needed assistance and had to wait for someone to return to the desk, as staff appeared to be in the back office or attending to other duties. Other than that minor issue, everything was great. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Sticky surfaces in the room- eww. Thin walls. Broken coffee machine. Otherwise good for tech center business. Fantastic gym. Easy safe parking.
