EVEN Hotel Denver Tech Center-Englewood by IHG

We send our staff there every time we have a pickup in Englewood. Excellent location, staff, food and clean rooms! This is our 5th stay!

My room was overall pretty nice and clean, and I had a peaceful stay. The king bed was super clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were lovely. There was a sofa bed in the room that had stains all over the back of it, and I couldn’t figure out how to open it up anyway, so I just didn’t end up using it. I found it strange that there is just a communal microwave in the lobby and not in any of the rooms. Parking was very spacious and easy to find.

And the shower, rainforest and tub super nice and great pressure And front desk was friendly and make you feel at ease immediately!

When we booked there weren’t very many reviews yet, but we took a chance and I’m glad we did! Check in was super easy Jonathan was amazing and gave us great dinner recommendations, Maggiannos was superb. The entire front desk staff were just great as well! So helpful and accommodating. The beds were so comfy and I slept like a baby with no hallway noise either. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

For a three-day stay, I expected basic housekeeping service and better communication from the hotel staff. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping and guest service in the future.

Overall it was clean, the front desk were amazing and helpful, however the housekeeping was horrible! They did not clean our room 4 of the 5 days we were there. We let the front desk know and they marked it down, but that’s it, that was disappointing. Otherwise it was a decent stay

My reservation was for 1 room suite with 1 King and microwave. When checked in I was told I was downgraded to queen, no microwave, no notice of that. Towels not enough for number of people in reservation.

Perfect location for our needs, central to many restaurants but the taco food truck in the parking lot was all we needed! We paid for breakfast to be included in our stay, but we ended up not eating there. We thought it would be your standard breakfast buffet, but it was actually a made to order menu, which was honestly quite overpriced. $14 for eggs, meat and toast is just too much. We ordered breakfast out first morning there and were the only guests and it took so long, we had to donate our meals to another guest as we were on a schedule. Other than that, the TV in our room allowed us to cast streaming services but we had issues connecting my iPad or iPhone, and learned that my partner’s Google phone connected so it must have not been compatible with Apple devices.

Great staff and near the train station. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant is closed on the weekend, the elevator seems like it'll break any moment, and the coffee you can get downstairs is instant. Also, because there's gym equipment in every room, it all kind of smells like feet... Probably won't stay at an IHG hotel again

the fire pits were also non-operational, and we had to keep asking for toilet paper and towels. staff was very friendly though, and made the experience better, but i will most likely not be returning.

No free breakfast and the first night the room didn't have a full size hair dryer. A simple breakfast bar with toast, bagels and juice/coffee would be nice.

This was not what we were expecting for a 3 day hotel stay. Pictures made it look much nicer then it was. Never was anyone at the front desk only one time when we requested towels and they brought 2....I showered and dried off and realized the towel was covered in stains! Along with the other one the gave us! Bummed we spent money to stay here and didn't get near what we thought it would be! The comforter/sheets also had some gross stains as well near bottom! Just a bummer unfortunately! 😒

Room was clean, property was clean. The shower was very nice, had a waterfall shower head. They have a little shop for food, but no one was at the desk to pay so it wasn’t useful.
