This is an older property in an ideal location.

The staff was very accommodating to our requests for additional blankets and pillows. The room was nice and clean, the pool and hot tub were clean and maintained well and the breakfast was a normal good continental breakfast. Would stay here again!

People who smoke need to put their cigarette butts in the ashtray instead of on the ground around the ashtray.

We had 4 rooms. Two were fine. One of the rooms had white gritty material, probably soap in between the sheets, and spots on the walls. One other room had a dark brown stain on the shower curtain. Two rooms had noise from floor above into the night. The pool was great, the continental breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and personable

The staff was really nice and pleasant. Their breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. The room had mold in the bathroom. Wallpaper falling off the wall in the bathroom. The corner of the floors in the bathroom or dirty with dirt pile up on it. One of the beds had hair in the sheets, and had stains on it. The hotel is fully booked so there was no different rooms as an offer.

Comfortable, clean, and helpful staff. The hot tub was a good temperature for my young child. The room was very spacious and having a fridge and microwave was very useful. They allowed us an early check in which was invaluable with our red eye flight coming in. The laundry machine and detergent dispenser could be updated. Both machines only use quarters, so you have to exchange money at the front desk. However, even when using the quarters for the laundry detergent dispenser, it would just eat the money and not dispense anything. Staff had to manually give me detergent for us to do laundry. Maybe updating the machines and dispensers to accept card?

Both televisions did not work, plus several electrical outlets. Let the front desk know about the televisions but could not help until the morning. Whirlpool tub was dirty and unusable… breakfast is shabby and basic …stay only if you have too

We had to get blankets for the our 1 kid with us. I feel like that should be easy to identify as need when you see the booking. Overall staff was great nothing wrong with room or amenities

The room was nice. Comfortable beds. Bathtub wasnt very clean but didnt need it so I can overlook that. Friendly staff.
