Pretty nice stay overall. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was yummy the only real complaint I had was window screen being busted so I couldn’t leave window open at night but overall a great room and stay

Exceptional

Front desk great. Pool and hot tub wonderful. However, slow drain tub, had to stand in water when showering. Said they would fix, but never did. Maid service 2 times and did not leave new towels, nor take away old ones 1st time, 2nd time left dirty rag on counter.

Room was dark and lights insufficient

It's was great the only thing bad was the jets in the hot.tub didn't work

I would come back. It's located in the middle of each direction I need to go and it has everything close by restaurants, grocery, shopping. Staff is great and helpful. Pool and hot tub look very fresh and clean. Exercise room super small but I was glad there was still something. Breakfast included. I had a king suite. I liked the room however the bathroom was a bit nasty and out dated . I did have to ask them to clean the toilet. I used the soak tub. So nice. And the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Couldn't beat the price.

Great hotel, super clean and quiet. Didn't hear any other guests was very relaxing.

The staff was extremely nice, to me they were the best put. However the entire hotel was clean and very nice looking. Only negative i could say is the bed was way to firm FOR ME. The fridge froze everything and it's temp job didnt work. The breakfast wasn't bad but nothing great either which was something that was highly spoken of on website and one of the reasons we stayed there. But overall a good hotel stay

We were given a handicap room. The Jacuzzi had tiles all in the water. The pool was cloudy! Not clean very well. The shower was all stained . Breakfast was not the greatest scrambled eggs were very watery all ! We we notified to have our room cleaned came back and room was still not cleaned. Next day. They came and changed the sheets after the second time asked .

I was in an accessible room, and the shower would not turn on. I asked the front desk to come and assist…she told me to jiggle it. I took a Video but never got it to work…the front desk never came to my room to help. Showered in the sink….when I inquired at check out, she told me that she went to the wrong room…so I stated that they knew this was a problem in the past and apparently multiple rooms…she just rolled her eyes and said whatever….i have a video of the facilities that I m posting to the choice website after speaking with their customer service.
