The hotel room was disguising we didn’t even spend the night there we walked in and there was bugs and roaches everywhere in the air conditioning which was broken by the way which made the room freezing they were all over the floor in the bathroom crawling on the headboard and even when we opened the microwave they came crawling out. When I asked if they could maybe find me a cleaner room in the hotel or what they could do the front desk lady was very lazy and rude and just said she could give me a refund in 3-5 business days

It wasn’t bad just that my bed was not made so I have to call the front desk for them to come in and fix the bed

I do want to say again that the staff was great. They were doing their best with what was there

Terrible stay I found bugs in my bed. The bed sheets were really dirty and in the morning when I wanted to check out nobody was there & even waited for them.

Full of cockroaches and bugs. We mentioned to staff and they were rude and did not care. Dead bugs in the room. Kitchen wasn't super clean. Red stains in the carpet.

Price was right. But you get what you pay for.

The facility had nice staff who were willing to help, despite the dilapidated building. However, it reeked of marijuana in some hallways as soon as I walked past the lobby. And somehow, the smell was coming through the wall or under the door in the morning, too. I guess someone nearby was smoking in the morning; I mean, like 7 am! The elevator was not working, so I climbed 3 flights of stairs with my small suitcase. The first floor was reserved for people with disabilities. The door handle wasn't working well, so I had to come all the way down with my suitcase to ask an employee to show me, then go back up with him to the 3rd floor. The whole time, I was carrying my suitcase. The bed was pretty decent, but I would not go back. I can forgive things not being fixed because of backordered items, but I couldn't tolerate the smell.

The employee was nice kept apologizing for the inconvenience. There were roaches that greeted us before an employee ever could. I called ahead to be sure there was a room ready it took 30 plus minutes for them to get a room ready and it was a one bed instead of two also the third floor smells of cigarettes and you get woken up by a dog barking. All the doors look dirty so I’m sure every room gets the same level of cleaning

Disgusting property, dirty soap with hair, and toothbrushes in the bathroom, dirty towels throughout the whole room, bed sheets thrown everywhere and roaches .

The room was great. Kitchen, full fridge, big bathroom and a large desk. Very clean. Great staff. Quiet. The only problems I had was the elevator being broken, so climbing 3 flights of stairs with a bad knee replacement and a dog who has arthritis was a bit rough. Also, I unfortunately saw a cockroach in a cabinet... not freaked out as im sure with so many people bringing in God knows what, its hard to control. It wasn't infested and the room and hotel was very clean and affordable.

The hotel had roaches , we had to move to a different hotel. They refunded everything but our first night . The staff very pleasant and understanding.

We booked a room out of desperation because of an abusive situation. The room was booked for a meeting nth out. Why do they do that to people. We had to go to another hotel. Mainstay knew our situation and supposedly cancelled the reservation for Aud 17 when we needed it in July. Then I received a comfinformation email and let them know that we were not going to be staying at that hotel to please cancel and now they're not refunding the $61.73. how convenient. When people are in an abusive situation and need to escape, mainstay is not the place to stay. They do not care at all. All they want is your money Receptionist promised to cancel the August 17th reservation. It was never done and we never stayed there. Never wanted to stay there for August 17th.

There were illicit drugs being manufactured and consumed to the point we got contact high in the hallways. There were roaches and bed bugs I absolutely want a refund after staying in this disgusting, unsafe place

This place is gross! I would never stay here again. Its old, dirty, and lots of things broken. We didn't have an elevator, the door handle on the fridge was missing, the faucet in the shower wouldn't turn off and to top it all off there was a cockroach in the shower!

Considering what I have seen at other properties that offer extended stays and kitchenettes this was pretty decent

There were cockroaches everywhere, the drawers were falling apart, the toilet seat looked like it had been used before it was even put in and melted in places, The manager checked me in and never said anything about the infestation of cockroaches, I talked to other gas and every room had cockroaches in it. There should be no food or anybody staying there until the infestation is clear.
