Like every one, the kitchen features were great. Felt like home. Clean room, plenty of desk area to work from. Very convenient for work.

Customer service was great and very obliging! The elevator was not working and hallway carpets were dirty.

Floor above us had a kid jumping and running late in the evening, we’re up all night

The rooms were clean but the hallway carpets were heavily soiled and stained. Main hallway had frequent odor of marijuana

Hotel was nice, but after I was settled and went to take a shower, I discovered there was only scorching hot water. I was too tired to move and deal with getting a new room.

What I didn't like: Sink and shower drains were clogged, had to stand in a very slippery tub. Brought this up with staff, they said they had no other rooms and that it might be a day or 2 before the problem was fixed. Shortly afterwards, the elevator stopped working. I contacted staff and I said that it is extremely difficult for my wife to climb stairs - we were on the 4th floor. They said that it might take a day or 2 for the elevator to be fixed, but that they would expedite the issue. The carpeting in the hall ways were EXTREMELY soiled. Next day we were moved to a new room. Floor was dirty, food crumbs on the furniture, the refrigerator didn't work (freezer did) and 2 plugs by the kitchen area didn't work (an issue if the cause was a short). Final blow, although not the fault of the hotel, power went out to the entire hotel and surrounding area. Would have been nice if the staff had posted something about the outage and possible ETA for it to come back online. All in all, the worst hotel experience ever. Stayed at 3 other hotels on this trip, no complaints on the other hotels (one was actually another Econo Lodge).

The room itself was clean and decent. The rest of the hotel smelled weird and walking down the hallway you could tell several people were smoking in the Non smoking hotel.

Doesn’t feel clean and smells like hot dogs but it’s a cheap place to stay
