Parks Residential Denver

We stay here once a year when we come to Denver, it always is enjoyable, quiet, and works well for our extended family. The staff is always so helpful!

Husband and I stayed here with my parents and our dogs. It was very comfortable and convenient. Plenty of room for both couples and the dogs. The kitchen had any appliance or utensil you might need.

Nice and big 2 bed/2 bath. Conveniently located. Sofa was not the most comfortable.

It’s an entire 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and washer/ dryer. Super convenient. It was clean

Clean Room. Great stuff. Rooms are huge. Beds are extremely comfortable.

I stayed 2 nights with my small dog and it was great for us. The only issue was the elevator was out of service and we were on the 4th floor. I would return to this property in the future.

The staff was very helpful, but also kept there distance to give you privacy. This place is literally a home away from home.

The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and cooking implements, which made our extended stay much easier. When we noticed one of the frying pans was rusted, the front desk replaced it immediately with no issues. We also appreciated that the property accepted and held our package deliveries, since many short term rentals do not. The complimentary 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate station was a huge plus, especially when we got snowed in and ran out of the coffee we brought from home. There was plenty of closet and storage space for our clothes and belongings, which was helpful during a 22 night stay. The business center was convenient for printing documents related to business matters. Free parking was appreciated, and having an in unit washer and dryer was another major bonus that made the stay much more comfortable. The shower water pressure was extremely low throughout our stay. The queen sized mattress was also very uncomfortable and too firm for our preference, and the bed frame creaked loudly whenever we rolled over during the night. A king sized bed would have been preferred for a longer stay. The property signage was also difficult to see because it was hidden by foliage. There is no clear sign above the entrance identifying the property, which made it difficult to locate the lobby if you are unfamiliar with the area or arriving for the first time.
