I have stayed here several times and it is a good value. Will continue to stay here.

I really appreciate staying at a hotel that is clean and well maintained. My only complaint would be having someone above you that walks loud. Staff wonderful. This is go to hotel now.

Good.

staff was a little tad bit feisty, but it’s okay i forgive you guys

Also, there's no cleaning room service, you need to throw your own garbage and bring your used towels if you want a clean. fresh one. Also, you will hear some construction; repairing sounds around 8am-so if you are late in going to bed at night, you will be awakened by the noise.

I got an apartment hotel with a full kitchen and went down to see about getting the things I need to use it and the man told me there was nothing!! He gave me 2 paper plates and 2 plastic forks. I complained at the front desk in the morning and she told me that they indeed had packages to take to the room with everything in it. Well educated staff. NOT!!!!

I came here on a ministry visit to refresh myself in the Lord and serve others under the good gospel of God. However, Mike, the front desk, agent it enjoys being rude to every single person who walks in the door. He’s got a rude vibe about him that makes the experience distasteful from the start. The only thing I actually liked were the cozy hotel rooms themselves as well as a couple of my neighbor roommates in them.

This hotel seems very new. No extra bells and whistles or extra comforts, but it was incredibly clean. The staff was super attentive and polite, and even addressed us by name, which was impressive! Would stay here again.

Good location, pleasant staff, good place for the rate charged. Pillows… they need more or new ones

When we first arrived Brianna helped us at 4am on Saturday. Our reservation was Friday at midnight. She helped us still book our room even though we were late to the check in time and got our family a room!! The suites are newly renovated, clean and comfortable! Such a beautiful place!! Front desk is not available when you call (we called 4x) and they are not willing to give you extra towels complimentary???

I was disappointed by this property. It is new and clean but has the barest amenities. While it is a "suite" hotel, with a small cooktop, sink and kitchen in each room -- there are no cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee cups, etc. A small sign in the room says these items can be "purchased" at the front desk. I have never stayed at a suite hotel that did not at least provide basic dishes and kitchen necessities. The bed is metal frame -- with a very poor quality mattress. The bathroom is large, well lighted and has a full tub but provides only 2 bars of soap and 2 tubes of shampoo -- no hand cream, no conditioner, no hair dryer. There are a number of other hotels in the Centennial, Denver Tech Center area (I stay here often) with better amenities for the same or similar price. I would not stay here again though others may find it just fine for their needs.
