Room was clean, lobby was clean

The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Someone was at the desk to help with late night check ins too, that was really nice.

I enjoyed my stay, clean quiet and relaxing

Absolutely disgusting. Maid don’t ever clean room or give fresh towels although she did come in because she turned our tv off but that was it. She left one used wet towel hanging on door and one used washcloth but took our bath mat and another used towel but left a pile of our used towels we had put on the floor and never gave us any fresh clean towels and didn’t make the bed either day. Phones don’t work so you have to go all the way to front desk if you need something. 3rd night raw sewage smell coming through ac vents at 1am. We found out next day our friends had left to drive home at 2am due to how bad their room smelled. Looked like fresh blood droplets on carpet on sitting area and a lot of food particles not vacuumed and hair in bathtub. Clarion should be embarrassed to put their name on this location.

This is surprising, as it is customary for the hospitality industry to have adequate staff during such times. However, the front desk staff was very helpful. The manager, Laura, appeared to be annoyed that I was inconvenienced by the lack of hot water and was unable to take a shower to attend my grandmother’s funeral. After some time, she finally agreed to provide a full refund. We will have to wait and see how that unfolds. Additionally, the restaurant and bar were also closed due to the holiday. It is understandable that people travel during holidays and stay in hotels, but it is crucial to ensure that all facilities, including the bar and maintenance, are operational during these times. I was extremely disappointed because I had initially enjoyed this hotel. The issues we encountered at this property were primarily managerial in nature.

This hotel is right by a private jet airport but we didn’t hear any planes while inside. It looks well kept and the price was reasonable. I would stay here again.

We had a code for that class. Hotel personnel ignored it.

The property was in great condition and was a good location for our overnight stay for a concert at Fiddlers Green.

I was supposed to receive a credit as I did not stay on these dates. The hotel was supposed to give me a credit.

Amazing staff!!!! Clean rooms! Beautiful facility!

Very clean. Liked the way the room was arranged. Like flooring which made the area feel cleaner than carpet. Liked shampoo, conditioner and body soap which was in easy to reach shower containers. Friendly staff. Bathroom had sufficient number of towels and washcloths. Enough plug-ins for devices. Lots of natural lighting. Lon walk to elevator.

The rooms were great. And the beds were comfy.

Location is great. Staff is friendly and efficient. Food was inconsistent. One day good, 2 days later hardly edible. (steak salad) Husband’s nachos were good.

It was good however, some areas are under construction.

The staff was wonderful. We needed a handicapped bathroom and they were able to provide one that worked. We had stayed at other hotels that said they were handicapped but they were anything but. I can’t recommend them enough!
