Four Points by Sheraton Englewood

The rooms were great. And the beds were comfy.

Location is great. Staff is friendly and efficient. Food was inconsistent. One day good, 2 days later hardly edible. (steak salad) Husband’s nachos were good.

It was good however, some areas are under construction.

The staff was wonderful. We needed a handicapped bathroom and they were able to provide one that worked. We had stayed at other hotels that said they were handicapped but they were anything but. I can’t recommend them enough!

Staff were very helpful, the room was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

No notice that the pool was closed. Sign said closed for maintenance but front desk told us the maintenance was complete and it was closed that day for weather. Figured okay will use it tomorrow. The next day the same sign and the front desk says it's closed for maintenance. Were there three days and it was closed the entire time.

I loved the front desk lady and the restaurant young lady were both outstanding. Rooms are great! My only issue was the extremely loud party and overly load music Saturday night.

The pool was closed for maintenance during our entire multi day stay. The room was equipped with feather pillows, which for some people may be a benefit, but since I am allergic, it was a problem. I asked the front desk for a down alternative, but was told that they were out and that I should have requested them when I made the reservation, despite the fact that the hotel description did not state the feather pillows were an amenity, so I didn't know that I needed to request them. At any rate, I had to go to Walmart and buy pillows so that I could sleep without triggering an asthma attack. There are no racks for the luggage in the room, so our suitcases had to sit on the floor. Finally, we ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and they didn't have any tea, so I had to bring my own tea and the waitress went to the lobby to get the hot water for me. At least she didn't charge me for that, but it just added to the sense that the hotel was running a little extra lean.

Location was good, check in was simple, hotel was clean Hotel rooms are very spartan, they are very large, but empty of furnishings. Coupled with the hardwood floors, and very cheap furniture, it makes things seem empty and cold. Very strange to have a huge room, but the tiniest loveseat possible, a small table, and nothing else.

Completely clean and away from the city. Staff was great. I want to mention Shelly, at the restauarnt/bar, she's on it. Enjoyed my stays

Quiet, great place for an overnight business trip. Enjoyed the workout room and the restaurant. Thank goodness for having food on property!
