This time we brought our Pup and there was a bit of confusion about the pet charge. The way it was explained was 75 bucks a day with a 225 dollar max. We were staying 8 nights so we were shocked because when booking on Hotels.com it said nothing about any charge for a pet. I let them know about my displeasure and we went about our stay. When we checked out, there was no charge! A lot of places will charge 75 to 150 for the whole stay but it is stated in the booking cost. Hopefully they make it clear in the future. As for us we are thankful they made amends. They also charge 15 bucks a day for parking now, that was new from previous stays, and that wasn't on the booking information on Hotels.com either. There isn't any free coffee or beverages for morning, and the coffee stand isn't Starbucks now but it cost the same. The hotel is well maintained and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful as are the views. The golf course is well maintained and beautiful. Not really a walking distance property for amenities but a short drive to many places. On sie restaurants are clean and good. They have charging stations in the parking lot if you are driving electric. The gym needs improvement for sure but is adequate. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi are by the gym and the outdoor pool is beautiful. They have tennis and pickleball coats and cornhole. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed this hotel, love the fact that it had restaurants there, especially when you come in kind of late and the breakfast in the morning would be nice to have a little bit more variety as far as breakfast goes but otherwise it was a beautiful day. it worked really well for what coming to visit family and friends. It just was beautiful. We’ll stay again.

Clean room with friendly staff

The outside of the hotel is very old, but don’t let detour you. The inside is beautiful and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Rooms updated. Food is very good. Pool is ok, could use some work in that area. I’ve stayed here several times and will continue.

Was given very little info at check in; no map of amenities, was not told outdoor pool closed at sundown (hours earlier than indoor pool), etc. No answer when I called front desk with questions. Bartender at Fireside bar didn't even look up at me when I approached the bar to see a menu and order, so I went to the other brewery onsite. Indoor pool was freezing cold, though site says it's heated. Made a massage appointment at the spa a week ahead, was called morning of stating someone called out sick and asking if I could change my appointment to arrive in just 30 minutes. No discount given for the inconvenience. When I checked out of the spa, the woman told me that I wasn't eligible for the 10% off for staying in the hotel because I had already checked out before my appointment, but that she would give it to me anyway. Not the kind of service I would expect of a luxury hotel.

IT was not as clean or updated as I had expected.

Great location. Staff very friendly. A great facility. I liked the coffee shop and sitting outside on the patio drinking my coffee. A great fitness center. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay at inverness again.

Clean room, friendly staff, the coffee pot did not work in our room. Overall a great stay otherwise!
-
Very modern hotel with lots of windows, great pool and pool service.
-
Beautiful property, the bathroom was not as clean/updated as I would like. The bed was very comfy.

The hotel is in a good location. It’s definitely dated more than the pictures show. The brewery and game room staff were not super friendly. 75% of the tables were empty and dirty. I wouldn’t call it a game room. It had 2 pool tables and shuffle board. It’s not a bad place to stay but it’s not as awesome as the website made it look. It left much to be desired, but for what we paid it was decent.

Amazing space, every time!
