Awesome staff, very clean hotel

Room was clean and staff was great. Made us feel welcome for an extended stay.

The only thing that they could do better is the breakfast selection of what to eat.

Always a great time when we stay here, Becky is always amazing and helpful! A little sad that the pool was closed but overall a good time!

Everyone very nice. Pool was a over chlorinated the first day but was better after that.

Overall a good stay. Great breakfast buffet with healthy options. Room had ants all over the floor. I think someone came to spray but ended up needing to get our own spray for the ants.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast and breakfast preparers were excellent. The pool was nice when no children were present. Small indoor pool that echoed terribly! We started out in a very nice spacious room after 4 nights the sink fell into the cupboard below! We were then moved to another room still a double queen suite but the room was so cramped the beds were up against the walls and the bathroom door would not open fully! It nocked into the sink. And the dishwasher did not work.

Overall, the rooms were clean which was the best part of our stay. Breakfast was just okay, starting with powered eggs and no sausage or bacon 3 out 4 mornings??? Instead, they provided pulled pork and chicken for the protein. The pool was closed during our entire stay (the hottest days of the summer) and only evalvator was in service leading to long waits. Lastly, they charged $10 day for parking without forewarning us. We only found out after they sent us an email at the end of our stay. It felt like a scam.

Everything was fantastic. Smooth check in. Room was excellent. The breakfast buffet was by far the best we’ve had at a hotel.

Great place to stay for longer than a few days.

This place is newly redone, and you can tell. It's very comfortable and pretty. We mostly had pool to ourselves. Staff was really great especially red head on nights. She is amazing! She deserves a raise! Breakfast is best I have ever had a hotel stay! The only thing I would say that could use improvement and its picky, would be soaps in shower was not good for kids' skin, rooms are not for anyone with wheelchair. we did not have a disabled room however it did have bars. just little disappointed my dad couldn't visit the room because his chair wouldn't make it around room or into bathroom, toilet was low and cleaning in between could have been better and can hear neighbors upstairs. However, the place great, food great bed was comfortable, beautiful patio area and grills, nice lobby area they even had board games. so, 10 out of 10! Soaps in bathroom shower bad for the skin for my kids. toilets were low. and wheelchair can't get around room or bathroom. cleaning in between could have been better

It had everything we needed for the whole week

I definitely would not recommend this property to anybody this property right here overbooked the room gave me a wrong room and then proceeded to steal my luggage out of the room and then double charge me for the room after I already booked it on Expedia I would not recommend anybody go to this hotel stay far away beware !!!!!!!!!

Basketball court directly below my room was occupied past 10pm quiet hours by teenagers, when I called the front desk at about 9:30pm to inquire about quiet hours the attendant said he would take care of it at 10pm but they were being loud until 10:15 at least. It wasn't great after traveling all day.

Amazing hotel. The room setup was perfect. We had 3 adults, 2 20 yr olds and a 16 yr old. We got the double suite. On one side there was a bedroom with a king bed, a TV, and its own bathroom. In the common are was a couch that pulled out, a TV, a kitchenette with bar, full size fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher as well as kitchen essentials. The other bedroom was 2 queen beds, another TV, and another full bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet. Front desk staff was beyond amazing. 10/10 would do stat again
